I ordered the Liam Payne x Choose Love tee on preorder back in October. I still have not received this item, I have sent 3 x emails (one response early on in December). I received a tracking number through Aus Post but it never updated to sent and has now disappeared off the app.

Update as of Jan 2025:
- refund and correspondence received

No issues with ordering or getting my product. Problem with shipping unfortunately where my poster was sent in a fairly thin cardboard tube that got crushed. I reached out by email and once i was connected with someone my issue was resolved without hassle. Got a new poster shipping out to me now :)

I bought the Liam Payne shirt on Oct 23, and got my confirmation on the same day, I was told the order was going to be delayed but shipped on Nov 8, the day came and no dispatch information then another email saying my order was going to be delayed AGAIN I understood at the time and then on Dec 4 I got email saying my order was dispatched and would take 14 business days to arrive.
Today is Dec 11 Sat, and no package or further information on the product an email was sent to them by me and they replied with an AUTOMATED EMAIL not even a real person saying that is was not 14 days but actually 21 days… BUT even the 21 days timeframe has passed… so what is the excuse now? No one even real replies the emails and I know people in the same situation as me

Bought something like 10 shirts and caps from France.

Love their product and their team. Had one problem because of the french delivery and Jimmy of sales took great care of it.

Will buy again and again, keep up the good work !

Customer service was prompt, very kind and very helpful.

They are the worse. I ordered a tshirt more than a month ago and I’m still waiting. Sent them so many emails and got 0 replies.
They are terrible. Took my money and disappeared.

Customer service experienced from Jimmy was exceptional. He went out of his way to sort out a small issue I had with an order, and was super helpful!

I've ordered twice from Everpress. First time it went well, 2nd time the sweatshirt I got the print was too small. I was told they couldn't make it any larger, which was a bummer. Customer service refunded me my purchase very quickly, which made things better on my end. I will still support Everpress as long as they work with Independent Artists.

Even if the delivery was a bit long (maybe because I ordered my item at christmas/new year holidays) it came nice. No cons ig, perfect!

I ordered 2 shirts and had good luck. Shipping to the US was reasonable. Shirts for well and appear to be good quality with no sheerness.

Had a problem with my Liam Payne Choose Love T-shirt, finally they decided to give me full refund of my purchase. Thanks to Jimmy for his help he anwered me for my bad review and solved the problem.

This company needs to improve on their customer service. Getting in contact with a company should not be this hard, customer service is basically nonexistent. Would not buy from this company again. Such a shame that this company did such a horrible job on representing Liam and his art.

Jimmy has been an absolute gift sent from heaven, even when i experienced a lost order and refund troubles, he made the experience a little more bearable and less stressfull for me. Great work x

Editing 1/5/25 that Everpress did reach out for a refund and information to obtain a new shirt with updated production outcomes. Changing the review as I am satisfied with this remedy and customer service. Thank you Everpress!

Disappointed in the lack of replacement for my Liam Payne shirt. Not sure how Everpress rationalizes replacing some but not all of the blurry/orange-tinted shirts. I am one customer who was denied a replacement. Wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from this company due to their satisfaction producing and sending low quality merchandise. Customer service takes forever to repair and are not helpful. Will not use this company again.

Received a blurry orange shirt, just like a bunch of other people received the blurry orange shirt from the Liam Payne campaign and have yet to receive a reprint just like they stated in their email. It’s been over a month and yet still no response from their customer service or any update at all.

Big thanks to Jimmy for the help on my order for the Liam Payne Choose Love campaign. His customer support was very very helpful and he helped me get a refund for my order. I had ordered in October and even with it being 2 months ago (almost 3 with the new year) he still managed to be able to help me due to the prints on this campaign not coming out as expected. I was able to reorder the shirt and can’t wait for it to come in correctly this time. I very much appreciated his help. Thank You Jimmy!!!

I ordered a long-sleeved top as a gift. The quality was great and shipping was fast. The only thing I would say is I was expecting it to arrive with some sort of marketing material from the designer (business card at least). I would suggest the garment to be fitted with a branded label of some sort, to promote the brand and also to show to my friend who I gifted it to, who the designer is. Otherwise a great concept and would recommend!

THE WORST! Dont order here. Their nonexistent customer service is outrageous! Been waiting weeks for my order, it arrived wrong and dirty and still no answer from them about refund!
