We loved them

We loved them! Their customer service was very personal and also professional. We needed a bit more support with creating our page and pulling everything together and they were very helpful. Love love love the product and the company, it made making our merch easy and very streamline!! Will definitely be using them again.

Items might feel slightly overpriced, but they are worth the money.

Everpress Part 2. The sad saga continues. So yes they reached out to me, requested photos, I complied…complete silence. Once they had the evidence they shut up shop. Poor product backed up by very poor customer service. They reached out, I responded and they shut the door.

I had ordered a charity campaign item…

I had ordered a charity campaign item for a gift and when they went to wear it noticed the hoodie pocket was ripped. I sent in pictures and connected with a representative Jimmy who was excellent in getting me a replacement quickly and created a happy giftee!

Friendly and helpfull service!
Purchased two hoodies which have good quality but wasen't able to receive one and was sent back by my local postal service, but the customer service rearanged a quick refund for the one hoodie,

Overall im pretty happy with the service :)

pedí la camisa de Liam Payne x Choose Love el 6 de noviembre, el 15 de noviembre me llego un correo avisándome de que habría un retraso por la temporada, el 3 de diciembre me llego otro correo donde se me informaba el numero de seguimiento desde royal mail, todo iba bien y podía revisar por donde iba y de un momento a otro no me dejaba rastrearlo y es entendible la saturación de pedidos pero hasta la fecha no me han dado solución alguna y tengo un miedo constante que mi pedido no llegue, ya he mandado 4 correos sobre mi problema y dicen que mi pedido fue de vuelto y desde ahí no me han informado nada mas

Customer service

After I ordered a shirt, it came in differently than expected/advertised. The quality of the print isn’t the best, but the quality of the shirt itself is good. When I sent an email to the customer service, they helped me fix the situation really good! I’m happy with their service :)

An awful experience from start to…

An awful experience from start to finish.

I bought a shirt as a Christmas gift as they follow an artist who uses this store. A note for any future customers: The campaigns have to finish for the item to actually ship, the wording at purchase seems like the sale of the item ending rather than this is when it goes to print (and then ships later on).

The purchase I made said the campaign finished on the 27th December. I then realised the small print meant this would dispatch on the 27th, not a big deal I thought as I've purchased small production runs before but it'll arrive in time for christmas!

It was not dispatched on the 27th, it was only sent to be printed on the 6th of January and finally arrived all the way on the 19th of January, well over a month after my order. Had I known this delay I never would have purchased this as a christmas present.

Support avoided answering questions about the lack of updates for my order, despite pushing for an update twice. If your factory is closed or orders won't be fulfilled over Christmas, please let the customer know! It's not a big issue, but I want to make an informed purchase and not feel baited into buying something - only to be left in limbo not knowing when this will arrive. Especially when it's ordered as a gift and having to scramble round changing the address order etc, it's just a poor customer experience all round.

To summarise:
- Customers should avoid if you're purchasing for a birthday etc (or any time frame)
- Everpress should improve feedback to customers regarding the status of their order
- Provide trackable shipping options by default
- Do not avoid questions in support, where you only answer the bits you want
- Provide information about supply chain delays due to Christmas closure etc if applicable

We’d like to address some of the issues you raised:

Campaign Timing & Communication:

We’re sorry for the confusion regarding how we operate and the campaign times. We mainly operate on a preorder basis to help reduce waste and maximise profits for the Creator. Each campaign duration is actually set by the Creator, and not by us here at Everpress.

The details around the preorder are displayed over the website, as well as the confirmation emails.

Delays in Printing & Dispatch:

We understand how important timely delivery is, particularly for gifts. Unfortunately, during the holiday season, production times can be longer than usual due to closures.

However, we agree that we should have communicated any delays with the holiday season. We’ll work on improving this to ensure customers aren’t left in limbo about their order status.

Customer Support:

We strive to provide timely and helpful responses, and it’s clear we fell short here. We were inundated with emails and being a small Team, a few emails and queries fell through the cracks.

Tracking & Shipping Options:

We understand how important it is to have visibility on where your order is. We offer both standard (untracked) and tracked shipping for buyers at checkout - this is up to the buyer to select. However, we will be sure to look into it making it the default option.

Again, we are truly sorry for the disappointment you’ve experienced, and we take your concerns seriously. We've sent an info request, so we can reach out and get some additional feedback and details from you regarding your experience.

Been waiting for a month for an answer from them after receiving the wrong order.

Update : they answered me and corrected their mistake after I posted a bad review here. So please customer service, pass this on to your manager : hire more people and pay your people better if you’re really this ethical printing shop.

Not recommended at all

Not recommended at all. The quality of their blanks sucks because they use cheapest blanks from Fair Wear. My basic t-shirts from mass market for 7 Euro fits better and the quality is better in 1000%. And of course their size charts sucks also. Because after having taken measurements according to the instructions, I discovered that it does not match either the chest or the length and the difference is several centimeters. You can print T-shirts of this quality for yourself in any shopping center gift shop and I think they will be better. It’s a shame that many good artists work with this service, because I won’t order anything there again. So, my opinion - I don’t recommend it, you’ll just throw away your money.

Totally disappointing

I love the premise of Everpress and I'm quite happy to wait for longer for an item if this means it's being produced in a more sustainable way and with less waste associated. However, my item was meant to ship at the beginning of January and I am still yet to receive confirmation of this. I've tried to contact customer service (by email and by phone) and had no response; and frankly a 5-7 day waiting time for an answer just isn't acceptable. Thankfully I paid through Paypal so was able to receive a refund through them as soon as I raised the issue. Cannot recommend Everpress and will not be using them again.

Orders made after the pre Christmas cut off can sometimes take longer, this is due to the various holidays and this being one of the busiest periods for the courier network.
Sorry that a 5-7 day waiting time doesn't match your expectations, over the holiday period we needed to extend this to reflect internal holidays but we've been working as hard as we can to get back to everyone. I can also see that you were responded to within 4 days. We've gone back to you on email again and would love to hear back.

Once again I get not customer service…

Once again I get not customer service for my order.
I've been trying to contact someone since before the 30th of December and waited since there where holidays.
I ordered mid October and still have no update! This is extremely frustrating. I understand the influx of emails and not being able to possibly handle them if they are unexpected, but this has been going on since November and there should've been some improvement if you realized there isn't the manpower to help your customers in the customer support area.

Where am I supposed to provide you the order number? I was in contact with Jimmy in mid December about my order issue
