Every Battery Avaliações

Customer service was very helpful and friendly, they didn’t try to make me buy more expensive batteries. They were fast and easy to communicate with.

Aaron was excellent!

Great service by Aaron with great price.
Much appreciated.

Very helpful, informative, transparent and good on price!

1st sales assistant was totally out of his depth, then an older man helped out and was able to confirm the technical spec and price match the battery charger I was after. Overall good experience from a local shop.

Super efficient, helpful and professional.
Thanks.

A helpful group of people. I went in wanting a new car battery and a couple of solar panels and not knowing much about either and received very helpful advice. I will definitely be coming back!

The communication between Ray was easy and very helpful. The 2 staff that installed the battery to my car were so helpful and did their work to detail. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing a car battery.

Thanks Nathan

Had a fantastic experience with Aaron, he provided great advice over the phone and installed the battery in a matter of minutes.

Great advice - open early which is a life saver .

Straight up helpful service with honest advice

Great advice on the type of battery I needed for my car. Even though my location is beyond their service area, they helped me navigate my concerns about the car's computer reset. They advised me on how to disconnect the battery so the computer could reset itself; a few days later, the i-stop warning on the dashboard disappeared, and all electronic systems are now fully operational. On top of the expert support, they offered a super competitive price for the Panasonic 'Made in Japan' i-stop battery. Plus, they shipped it the same day! Highly recommended.

Peter and the team from Every Battery Pimpama were extremely helpful. They had the batteries I needed in stock and loaded them into the car for my wife when she picked them up.
Great range of products and excellent service.

Very friendly and quickly to respond to my needs

The staff listened to my concerns about the old OEM battery for an Alfa romeo Giulia Veloce not staying charged enough to keep the stop/start working(which i don't like but it made me worry that other things where not working correctly), so they said they would try a better battery that was not on the list to see if that would work in my car. Also there was a problem with there machine for telling my car I had a new different type of battery. They fixed it the next day and asked me to come in any time to finish the change. My car electrically and engine power feel better then new.

Aaron and the team are amazing. Coincidently all three of our cars have required new batteries this year and they have been there for me every time. Loyalty has paid off as well with the guys assisting with code resets and advice . Highly , highly recommended. Hopefully I don’t have to see them for car batteries for another 5 years or so although they do much more than car batteries and a battery tool or shaver or something with a battery will need looking at soon and I will not hesitate to go back to this place 👍
