Deceptive---- not Simple and great service
It seemed great but then the next day the doctor stated everything was denied and I would be refunded. :(

Ashley as a great company representative
The help advisor Ashley answered all my questions, and helped me with all the little details; I am not very computer literate. She was very friendly and encouraging. Spoke with Sarah this evening. She formally welcomed me to Everymed’s care. She was informative and polite. She recommended I check my portal frequently to see if the doctor has questions or information for me. She is easy to talk with, and very pleasant.

And the shenanigans continue with this company as I seem to continue. There was supposed to be a refund earlier which showed up then disappeared in my account. I was charged twice. At this rate I will probably use a different service that has their business more user friendly you know like a phone number that works

Professional and quick customer service
Although I had to cancel my subscription with this company until our financial situation gets a little better my experience with JANICE at EveryMeds was incredibly professional, very quick, I didn’t have to wait long to talk to somebody and she immediately rectified the situation. I am only too happy to give her a great review. She deserves it. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The company is wonderful to work with also.
