BEWARE!!!!!

When it came time for me to check in for the third dose of what I have paid for it says that I don't have an account. I reached out to customer service and they said it was a technical issue, and that I would have to wait to get either my medicine or a refund. I have since reached out two more time because "the technical issue" still exists 10 days later and no response from attempts to get additional information. The medicine works when you can get but there is no guarantee that they will honor what they say.

Appalling customer service

Customer service is appalling after filling out health questionnaire and submitting documents, it took one month to receive my first dose, only after several emails which were never replied to, and also several phone calls, I had to upload documents again. Because of this I ordered 2nd dose 2 weeks in advance it arrived 3 weeks later luckily one week before my next dose was due, continuing in the same vein I ordered my 3rd dose 7.5 well in advance, and had to upload more recent documents once again only after several phone calls I was told recent documents were not clear enough, so went through the whole process again of taking pics and videos and resending. After a week I received a phone call asking me some more health questions and was told everything was fine and my order would be approved immediately, one week later my order is still sitting in the "in review" status, therefore I'm going to have to phone them yet again.
In all cases the money had been taken from my bank within 5 minutes of placing my order. At this moment I'm still waiting for my 3rd order/dose.
I'm sad to say at this time I have seen very little change in weight/inches, and if this remains the same after my next dose (if I ever actually receive it) I will be giving up and not reordering 😥

Possible scammers

I am wondering if this company is a scam company. I ordered some medication and it required me to upload documents which I did. 2 weeks later the order is not with a clinician and despite trying to make contact I’m being ghosted!

I have been a customer since Sept 2025

I have been a customer since Sept 2025. Overall it has been ok. After 3 months they switched me from the pen to the needle method, and said I had no choice. This was why I chose them, the pen is significantly better for me. They still widely promote an offer the pen method in their ads. However, I soldiered on, because they gave me 100 discount for changing the delivery method. Overall deliveries and response times have been fine for me. However, 2 weeks ago, I went to refill my script and I haven't receives a response. My refill says pending a doctor approval. As of this week, I no longer can log into the portal, it doesn't recognize me at all. I have emailed and attempted to call all the numbers I could find. I get an automated (AI) response that they will escalate my case. The phone numbers don't get me to anyone, they just ring or hang up on me. This is more than frustrating. We pay a lot each much and should be treated better than this.

Been using product since about early…

Been using product since about early October got my order last month and haven't had a problem until now, I can't sign into the portal and I only have about one dose left so I can't place my order. It keeps telling me can't find my information when I try to sign in, hasn't been a problem till now. I will go somewhere else if I have to, I am only about half way to my goal and would prefer to finish my journey!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I actually wouldn't even give them a 1!
Ridiculous company. Took over three weeks to get my medication. They never contacted me to let me know there would be a delay. I would call them up for an update, to be told I've been put as a priority and would receive in two days. Which I never received. Offered £40 refund for all the hassle, still to this day not received. No one answers your emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order for a three-month…

Placed an order for a three-month supply. Received my first month, but when it was time for the second month to arrive, 14 days passed and still nothing. My responses go unanswered and are repeatedly regenerated. Customer support, Pam, provided incorrect information even when I questioned her about her mistakes. The script for month two was approved and still remains pending. Of course, they took my money right away. I have requested a refund. Stay away from this place!

Dont deserve even 1 star

Dont deserve even 1 star. Waited 3 weeks for deluvery and i have decided to request a refund. They promise a refund in my bank 48hrs. Is now 5 days… nothing. No replies to emails and no answ on phone. Please avoid!!!!!

Please AVOID this company !

Please AVOID this company. I am a new customer and have been waiting over 10 days for my first order. They took my money immediately but my order is just sat in waiting despatch. I contacted @support who eventually replied apologising saying we will prioritise your order. It is obviously a con and the order is still in despatch. There are a lot of genuine companies out there offering the same goods, I wish I had used an alternative but if I can prevent someone else using this company, as it is too late for me !!

I started with EveryMeds in October…

I started with EveryMeds in October 2025 and, up until recently, had great experiences. Unfortunately, things have taken a serious turn for the worse.

I even referred two patients to them based on my earlier positive experiences, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

I had an issue with an order where my credit card was charged, but I never received the product. When I called, I was told a refund had already been processed—which was not true. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and thankfully it was resolved in my favor.

Now, after taking my last injection this past Monday, I’ve been trying to refill my prescription online with no success. I have called, emailed, and used their chat feature multiple times and have received absolutely no response.

This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when it impacts ongoing treatment. I am now forced to find another provider and will likely experience a lapse in care because of this.

Very disappointing experience.

Avoid - its a mess

Got the medicines after almost 4 weeks, even though I’d asked for a refund. Not a scam, but their website, inventory, and customer support are a mess.

As advised emailed them back, chased twice, and as expected 3 weeks+ but no progress no response; however, it helped to build my case to dispute the transaction with the bank.

What a waste of time! And burden to the system.

I ordered medicines on 23 March. They advertised a generous discount for a multi‑month plan, so I purchased the larger package. After that, although the order was ‘approved’ quickly, it has been stuck at ‘pending dispatch’ for 10–11 days and counting...

EveryDayMeds has gone completely silent: no replies to website queries at contact us page, no responses to emails, and phone calls end up long queues and ultimately goes unanswered. I’ve tried every channel, and they simply do not respond. This behaviour is unacceptable for any legitimate pharmacy.

Website doesn’t allow to cancel the order and claim the refund. I will dispute the transaction.

NO DELIVERY, BUT PAID

we ordered our weight loss drugs on the 19th, paid and went through the paperwork. After 3/4 days approved. On day 10 now still not arrived, but told this morning will arrive by Wednesday and reaady for dispatch and we were a priorty.
I was told the same as,last week on the 25th...!
Incredibly poor service, pay your mony, receive no goods..!
BEST BET IS TO ORDER FROM ANOTHER PROVIDOR....

My second order was shipped to wrong…

My second order was shipped to wrong address. I emailed them to let them know and request a replacement order be sent to my correct address. The customer service agent was friendly in her communication informing me the matter would need to be sent to escalation department for further action with a response within 24 to 48 hours. That was on 3/19 and it’s now 3/24. I’ve missed my weekly injection and still no response or action.

Disappearing Act…?

They happily took my payment of £555, then all went quiet on the western front. No acknowledgement, no contact, no answers, just £555 worse of. I have put in a chargeback with my card and hoping they can get my money back.

Great Company

My experience was great and I had no issues. I lost 35lbs, menopause weight. Im now in the maintenance phase. Thank you for all the help. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Overall a good experience.

Good experience so far and weight loss has been significant. The online portal for checking in is a bit wonky and is the only reason for a one star reduction. Called this morning and “Sara” was able to hopefully correct this problem, time will tell.

Not sure if this company is trustworthy for the $$$

after first 2 months the pen was easy to use but still no weight reduction . after third month they reduced the price and gave me a vile and syringes for $100.00n less. Prior month I did request a higher dosage and they stated they would increase , but still same dosage and after 3 months still no weight decrease . I asked if maybe pharmacy was not adding the gap meds or adding too much b12. still waiting for response after 3 days . May have to find another supplier.Sad I spent almost $1000.oo with no results .
