I thought something serious had happened to my implant but the doctor explained to me very clearly about the minor issues. I was Treated and advised what to do to avoid same problem occurring again future.

I was seen at the beginning of March for a free consultation, i was expecting a 20 minute chat but what i got far exceeded my expectations. I was in the clinic for nearly 2 hours, i had scans, internal scans, i was shown different implants, the different materials they were made from, the different shades they came in, i got time to talk to the nurse and the dentist and ask any questions i wanted. I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever. I was reassured (if a little disappointed!) that they said my lower jaw wasn't bad enough to do surgery on (they won't extract healthy teeth or teeth that can be saved). I opted to go with 'all on 6' zirconia implants for my top jaw and got booked in for 17th April. I was terrified but the reception staff were so reassuring. I got taken to my own private room which i had for the duration of the day. The nurse, Rachel, came down and chatted with me, alleviated my fears and again reassured me. It wasn't long before Ana, another of the nurses came to tell me they were ready for me in theatre. The sedation was great and not as scary as i imagined, i still felt in control. I didn't have any pain other than for the local anaesthetic and the time went really quickly. After the procedure i was sent to my room to recover. I went back up at around 5.30 for my implants to be fitted, it only took around 5 minutes and i was delighted with the results! I still have a few appointments ahead of me but the worst is behind me now. For anyone thinking about this treatment or is apprehensive please visit EVO. I had my original implants done in 2022. I loved my new look. They looked natural and gave me confidence which was the objective of the exercise.

I attended every appointment, and whilst i have read some comments about cleaning, cleaning was always pointed out at my appointments. I didnt adhere to their guidance and yesterday i underwent a revision of the lower jaw, as infection had got into the implants and caused my bone density to decrease….. the implants had failed !

After three consultations, my surgery finally took place. I was apprehensive as i was a complex case, but Dr Amir Sodha was what can only be described as amazing. He managed to use my own bone for the graft which i didnt expect, and the whole process took 2 hours.

I am sore, but nothing paracetamol cant control, and although day 1 post op …. Just a little swelling ( for now)

The message i would like to portray, keep your implants clean and keep your appointments as they are important .

Finally, i would like to congratulate Evo dental for their professionalism, their multidisciplinary staff who are all well versed in the process. All staff i found very caring, medical, nursing and finally clerical which on many occasions dont get acknowledged.

I can’t thank the team at Evo Dental enough for the incredible care they gave my uncle. From start to finish, everyone was kind, informative, and absolutely brilliant. The treatment went perfectly, and the anaesthetic worked exactly as it should — my uncle felt calm and relaxed the whole time.

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From my very first appointment right through to receiving my final set of new teeth, the entire journey has been nothing short of outstanding.

I started my treatment feeling nervous and self‑conscious, knowing that extractions and full dental implants are a major step. However, the team immediately put me at ease.

Every member of staff was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain each stage clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I always knew what to expect next.

The extraction phase was handled with incredible care and precision. I was amazed at how comfortable and well looked after I felt throughout the process. The clinical team checked in with me constantly, ensuring I was pain‑free and relaxed. The aftercare advice was thorough, and any follow‑up questions were dealt with quickly and reassuringly.

As I moved through the healing phase and on to the implant placement, the level of detail really stood out. Appointments were well planned, everything ran smoothly, and I always felt I was in safe, expert hands.

The staff were not only brilliant clinically, but also genuinely supportive and encouraging, which made a huge difference to my confidence during what could have been a daunting journey.

Finally, the day I received my permanent new teeth was incredibly emotional. The result has completely exceeded my expectations. They look natural, feel comfortable, and most importantly, they’ve given me my smile and confidence back. Eating, speaking, and smiling now feel completely normal again.

This treatment has truly changed my life, and that is entirely down to the skill, care, and dedication of the whole team.

If you are considering full teeth implants and are feeling unsure or anxious, I can honestly say you couldn’t be in better hands. An exceptional experience from start to finish, delivered by absolutely brilliant staff.

Excellent service apart from the pain but well worth it

At my first appointment I took a panic attack on my journey up. My anxiety levels about dental visits and the condition of my teeth nearly made me miss my appointment. I am so glad it didn’t as the treatment had literally changed my life.
I had a consultation before any examination and was immediately put at ease with both dentist and dental nurse. I also
didn’t feel I was being judged for past lifestyle choices.
They decided what treatment would be done, both suggested and recommended and I was in control over budget.
We decided on the best package for me before we spoke to another member of team about finances.
Then there was the treatment. I was looked after from beginning to end. Nothing was too much of an issue.
The treatment couldn’t be completed in one visit as there was an issue with my blood pressure . I suffer from hypertension and this was closely monitored. When levels went too high, they carefully finished their actions and put in a plan for completion.
If I had went overseas for my treatment I cannot be convinced that this step would have happened.
When fitting my upper teeth, my dentist wasn’t happy with how the teeth were sitting. He explained that they would be fine at first but may cause complications over time. He arranged for further set to be made. Again, I could have went overseas but not sure if this level of care would have been extended.
For me, I now have complete confidence and can finally smile (all the time) and visit places I hadn’t experienced as too afraid to talk and show my mouth.
I have now been promoted at work which I would not have had confidence to apply for other positions and have enjoyed socialising once again. Complete game changer for me.
Cannot fault on any aspect of my care and owe a lot of thanks to the Evi Dental Edinburgh team.

I would have appreciated being better prepared for the cleaning process as I got soaked and makeup ruined! No Biggie just a heads up would have been better to prepare. The staff were all lovely as usual

At first I was nervous about having the implants but everything was well explained beforehand and the team does actually put you at ease. Surgery day was a breeze, no pain no nerves far better than I was expecting. a few days later there’s a bit of to bruising and swelling but nothing to really be concerned about . 4 weeks later I don’t know why I didn’t have it done years ago and looking forward to getting my final set . Can’t thank the team enough for giving me back a smile that I’m not embarrassed with

I was worried as I have always seen Mr Sumal but he has left the practice and I was to see Mr Bhatti well he was so nice and very gentle my worries went almost immediately. It was a general maintenance appointment and everyone seemed generally pleased to see me. See you all again in a year

After having Evo teeth implants was a great choice, from start to finish the whole process went very smoothly, so pleased with the final result.

I cannot recommend EvoDental highly enough — from start to finish, they have been professional, polite, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. From my very first phone consultation, the gentleman I spoke with made me feel completely at ease about the whole process, which is something I’ve never experienced with any dentist before.
Asim, in particular, was outstanding. He explained everything in clear detail, talked me through each stage, and helped me feel confident about the massive changes ahead. His knowledge and skill are exceptional, and for the first time in my life, I don’t dread going to the dentist — EvoDental is truly the only practice where I feel calm and reassured.
The patient coordinator Sian was so lovely, warm, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole process smooth, supportive, and stress‑free. My nurses, Shelley and Pratichka (P), were absolutely amazing too — so caring, attentive, and always making sure I was comfortable at every moment. Their work is unbelievably clever, and you honestly cannot fault any part of the care they provide.
When I first visited, there was only one appointment left before Christmas — and coincidentally, it fell on my birthday. The team went above and beyond: they surprised me with chocolates and even sang Happy Birthday! It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much.
My only regret is that I didn’t find Asim and the EvoDental team sooner. They are exceptional at what they do, and the level of care and compassion they show is second to none.
If you’re considering treatment — go. You won’t find a better team.
