Hi Dale,
Apologies that the shipping took longer than expected.
It was dispatched and delivered within our timeframes stated on our website.
"Dispatched within 1-3 business days,
occasionally it will take longer if stock is to be collated from multiple warehouses."
Yours was dispatched within 4 days (we did need to order this in from another warehouse).
"Shipping generally within 5-10 business days Australia Wide."
Yours was delivered in 10 business days to a rural address in NT, from WA.
Once this leaves us, it is out of our control, it was still within the timeframe though.
We do ask if customers do require orders urgently, to contact us as we can send Express Post if required.

the shirts are exactly what I requested and didnt take months to receive them. Contact was prompt as well and the staff I spoke with explained what was hapening with the order and were very professional

Hi Trifon,
We would appreciate an explanation on why you have given us a 1 star rating and left this review.
Your order was placed on the 26th of Feb.
We ordered your AS Colour singlet and printed for you well within the estimated time frames, we emailed your artwork through for approval on the 2nd of March, you replied approved on the 3rd of March, and requested a "Rough ETA?", to which we replied "Your order is scheduled for printing early next week".
Your order was complete and dispatched earlier than scheduled as we had time to print it on the the Friday, job finished and booked on the courier, and dispatch email with tracking sent on the Friday 4th of March.
Order was complete within 1 week (Sat 26th of Feb to Fri 4th of March) - estimated timeframes for printed or embroidered orders shown online are 2-4 weeks.
Artwork was emailed and approved promptly by yourself, and we have not been made aware of anything that could have been bad customer service, or cannot see any possible reason for this bad review.
I have checked the courier tracking, and this shows it was picked up from us on the Tuesday the 8th (the next business day as Monday was a public holiday), and it was delivered on the following day - Wednesday the 9th.
I can see your payment was made via Afterpay. Maybe you have had a negative experience with Afterpay? If so, this should not be reflected on us as bad customer service. This should be dealt with Afterpay directly.
We would appreciate you getting in contact with us.
I'll give you a call on Monday (tomorrow) anyway, and see if we can get this resolved.
