Fully occupied car park even though pre booked through the app
I pre booked a parking spot near the train station. The car park was fully occupied when I got there. I managed to find another car park but I have almost missed my train due to the parking situation. When I contacted the car park to claim my money back they advised to contact Evology, but Evology hasn’t come back to me since. Terrible service and unacceptable business approach.

Evology is absolutely useless
good2go worked seamlessly and perfectly without any issue
Since it moved to Evology its a flaming nightmare with account not found or log in problems even immediately after changing password
You cannot speak to anyone, contact is a bot on whatsapp thats about as much use as a chocolate teapot or a contact form - none of which helps anyone with a parking issue without risk of overpayment or penalty charges - which I guess is their aim lately.

Like most on here im unhappy with the customer service, or lack of. I parked and paid ,that was fine . Had my receipts of payment come through, but didn't realise it was free parking. I've tried calling but was told to use there online service, no response! So I guess ill gave to write it off.
App ok but very poor customer service!!

I’d leave a negative review if I could.
I’d give a zero rating if I could.
Unfortunately I set up an account without checking reviews. When I did I contacted Evology on 3 occasions with my concerns and have received zero responses. I now want to delete my account but can see this being a problem as there is no customer service. Please sort it out Evology.

My experience is below negative.
My experience is below negative. I think you have created a parking solution that is so bad, it will prevent me from using any evology / parkingeye solution again.
I think you have succeeded. The lack of clear information at the park about parking, the need for an app, ruined my visit to the park, then you ruined the rest of the day with the difficulty of trying to download and pay by app.
Will try to avoid you in future.

Unreliable Evology Autopay System
I am registered for the Evology Autopay system. Having visited a participating Hospital, and having checked with Reception that the Evology system is still valid, I parked and left, expecting to be charged through Evology. I received no SMS confirmation - I never have, even for recorded visits - and so I contacted through WhatsApp and their messaging system to query why the transaction was not recorded and why I have never received SMS or Email for any visits at all - although charges for that service are applied. No response. No explanation. No further contact options. All I can do now is wait for the fine from the Parking Company - and argue the toss! Not much hope here for support from Evology.

I am absolutely seething !!! I wasted an hour of my life attempting to pre book a parking session without success. The following day I travelled and attempted to pay for parking on site , The app would not allow more than 3 hours, I needed 8 hours. We attempted to make contact with evology with no success and gave up. By the time we had been through this process and found out where an alternative car park was, approx 15 minutes had passed, we left the car park and travelled to an alternative multi storey . Today I received a fixed penalty notice for £100!! for the 15 minutes wasted attempting to pay. This outfit is a complete shower of shit. I wasted over an hour of my life , was made late for an important appointment , and now they want to fine me for the privilege.

The parking app is very poor having to re-enter details many times over. Tried to park for 4 hours (£6.25) fee but it charged me £26.25. Almost impossible to contact the company who took 5 days to reply and basically told me to go away.

Hospital Parking mismanagement
I am a hospital doctor and our hospital parking is managed by Parking Eye and charged from my CC account. For 2 weeks have been unable to contact Evology to confirm payment details (in response to their request) and have no way of comunicating with them. I am trying to avoid a fine but this company just cannot be reached.
Easy to access and make bookings
Easy to access and make bookings. Customer service also very good; replied my emails/queries within 24hrs.

Absolute shite app
Absolute shite app, no problems when it was pay by phone, website doesn't work app doesn't work. Put in your details register car payment method but try to pay and that's another matter, even the parking time doesn't work. Barney general why did you change and cause such inconvenience.. 😡

This company is disgraceful
This company is disgraceful and seems to border on the fraudulent. Park somewhere else if possible. I paid my parking fee at a hospital paying no attention to the name of the company. When I then received emails from Evology saying that due to an error in their own system my payment of £3.81 had not been taken and asking me to enter my credit card details on line, I thought it was a scam and ignored it. They did not write to me by post. But I then received a fine by post from Parkingeye of £42 which they refused to let me appeal. So because of their error I paid them £42. Is that fair or is it a scam? Does this company have integrity or is it depressingly venal?

Booked a space months in advance
Booked a space months in advance, then I had to change cars as mine had a problem.
I emailed them and they advised to cancel the booking and rebook with the new reg, don’t know why I couldn’t just change the reg on the booking.
I cancelled, but then couldn’t rebook as it was sold out !

I left a review on the 4/09/25 re terrible Evology app for parking at Parc Llandudno - I also completed a contact form to Evology re this review and still have not had a reply ?
I have today had a parking charge fine re the aforementioned parking on the 4/9 and have appealed this given that Evology did confirm payment had been made eventually after said issues with the app.
I feel I am banging my head against a wall - the app is next to useless and follow up customer service is shoddy and totally unacceptable in this day and age.

Common sense approach
I like everyone else aren’t a fan of these type of companies. But credit to Evology has helped me out and treated me fairly. I was unable to pay on the app at the time of parking due to issues with signal and the app not working. I paid asap after I left and got signal, sent proof of this to their customer service and asked for some leniency and they got back to me a couple of days later and said they will ensure I don’t receive any action despite he rule being to pay before leaving. I appreciated the common sense as I had paid for the time I had parked, and alerted them to the issue asap. A lot of other companies would have refused to acknowledge this. So thank you for your common sense approach!

They don't allow grace time (even if you entered the parking by mistake).
On the sign it said £2 per hour, however app charged me £2.25 (no pay machines available).
While on the app, it is designed to trick you to donate and you end up paying £2.50.
Avoid if you can, they are proper extortion tactics kind of company.

I received a fine today for £170… I apparently parked on 28 October last year without paying. This is the first letter I have received regarding this penalty. Absolutely no other notifications about this. Any advice?
