I'll be honest, I was not 100% sure about using a conveyancing company for our sale and purchase instead of a solicitor but I'm so glad we did now.
Faultless.
Suzette was simply amazing, so calm and measured and reassured us at every step.
Her team (Ammaad and Tom) were also great. Easy to get hold of, listened to us and gave good measured advice in response to our stressed out questions and predicaments.
I can't recommend them highly enough. Superb service, no surprises, and a huge support through a really pressured sale and purchase.

Twice this year already, they’re that good!
This is the 2nd time this year that we’ve used Evolve and specifically dealt with Suzette and Ammaad, the service we’ve had has been exceptional. We’ve completed on one Sale and Purchase and one sale and each one has been a great experience (as much as it can be when dealing with house sales!) the communication is second to none and they already have the answers before we’ve asked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone!

Our sale went well but our purchase of a new build wasn’t.
The buyers solicitors in the chain wanted a completion date which we couldn’t give, but Emily Pinder reassured everybody in the chain that our purchase would go through in time.

First time buyers
Lots of communication from the whole team at Evolve, whenever we emailed they would respond quickly answering our questions and queries as first time buyers. Teigan has been very helpful, keeping us in the loop with what’s been going on and the app and portal have been very beneficial for us to know where we were in the process and what was still needing to be completed.

Highly recommended
From the moment I first contacted Evolve Law to engage them to look after my house sale/purchase, Tiegan was brilliant. She was always quick and helpful with her responses to any questions I might have, whether on email or by phone. The portal Evolve uses makes it really easy to see how the process is progressing at all times, and in my case everything went through like clockwork and I had moved within less than three months of the offers being accepted. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them highly to anyone else looking for a conveyancer.

Fantastic team
Elaine and the team made both our buying and purchasing journey seamless and stress free. Having been through a purchase before and using a different conveyancer, I was apprehensive to say the least at the thought of having to go through the process again. However, I needn’t have worried, and I didn’t have to chase or hassle for anything. I was kept updated throughout. We would 100% use Elaine and the evolve team again if/when we come to move home.

This firm are great
This firm are great - so professional and friendly at all times.
My sale on previous properties fell through but they kept me positive through the process of selling my flat. I had cladding issues so not an easy sale but they got it over the line for me and we completed last Wednesday ( 2/7/25).
I could not praise them enough for what they have done for us and highly recommend them.
