Virksomheden er meget meget svær at få kontakt med men de er hurtige til at hæve pengene for en køb. Jeg har forgæves prøvet at kontakte dem 3 gange inden for 8 dage og ingen respons. Jeg vil blot vide hvor lang leveringstid og hvornår jeg kan forvente at modtage de varerne som jeg har bestilt - men det er sørme svært når der er total radiotavshed - og ellers har jeg bedt om at få mine penge retur / er spændt på og jeg hører noget - ellers må jeg tage næste step - total dårlig kundeservice

I ordered 2 high chairs 15th August. Received confirmation they were dispatched. Now their site has closed down. Looks like I have been scammed

Scam. Bought a chair on 1st September, have heard nothing since. The tracking link doesn't work and neither does the email they provided. I will be claiming the purchase back from my credit card company.

Item delivered to wrong address. Despite contacting customer services via their website on several occasions, I have had no response. Tried again this morning and their website is unavailable. So hopefully that means no-one else will be taken in by the scam.

Ordered a chair over a month ago no reply definitely a scam

Bought a product from this "company", delivery has apparently been completed, yet I have received nothing. Evri tracking claims delivey, but when I enquire as to where, as I have not received anything, their system doesn't recognise my postcode. The contact email bounces back as invalid, i have messaged more than once through their website to no avail. There's been no response to my enquiries from seller or courier. Do not buy from them, do not waste your money.

Ordered items on an Instagram account on 18th August, got tracking from CJ Packet. Tracking eventually said item delivered to a porch in UK, no address. I live in Italy. Emailed Novi and they said they would escalate to "shipping department" and never heard back. Googled address which is no longer on website. It's a run down tiny house 44 Willem van Kesselstraat, 4827 Breda, The Netherlands. I have reported this scam website to Zendesk, Google and Spotify. CJ packet is also a scam company. You should do the same.

Scam site, can’t contact the seller, Evri had a parcel of some sort but delivered to a different address so I can’t see the tracking. Luckily paid by credit card so charged back

This website is a scam! Haven't received the chairs i ordered despite the order tracking saying they have been. And I have no way of contacting them as the contact email on the website keeps bouncing back!

This is a total scam - placed the order, received a notifcation from cj packet . com stating the item had been shipped, then a notification from Evri stating the item had been posted through my letterbox - which is clearly impossible as it was two chairs. Evri just point you back to the seller, I'm disappointed as they are effectively taking part in the fraud. I feel stupid for falling for such a fraud. If the price looks too good to be true it probably is. :-(

As others here- ordered a chair, stated been delivered by EVRI and it hasn't been. Now going to try for a refund from the bank.

SCAM! Ordered a rocking chair. Tracking service says it was delivered but never received anything. Tried to email them but mailing address does not work. Do not order from them!

Ordered 2 chairs nothing arrived. Sent email got reply said that my order was on its way. Sent another email as still not got my order. And guess what address not found. So looks like I lost my money. Absolutely fuming

No stars. Ordered rocking chair and received a cheap watermelon neck cushion. Company doesn't respond. Don't use them SCAM

Looks okay but it's not.
Order was confirmed, received an email when it was sent.
Then nothing.
After 10 working days my parcel is supposed to be delivered through letterbox! I ordered a damn rocking chair.

Guesse what, adress doesnt exist so my mails don't get delivered.
Very disappointed.

No stars if I had a choice! Complete SCAM. Order placed on the 18th August, had a delivery notification on the 1st Sept from Evri stating it had been posted through my letterbox! IT’S A CHAIR! I’ve been blocked by Nomi after one email response from them offering to fix my order and silence since. I’m noticing a lot of negative reviews write the exact same issues as mine: Delivered through letterbox, emails being bounced back as undelivered and a definite issue with whatever postcode Nomi gave to Evri for delivery as it’s definitely not my postcode as per completed at time of purchase. I’ve turned to my bank for a refund now as a final resort. DO NOT ORDER FROM NOMI…

Oh dear! I think I’ve been duped and I swore it would never happen to me!! I tried to track my order and can’t get any information! Will I ever get my chair!! I didn’t order on social media I went direct to their site to prevent being scammed!! Surely something must be done about this company! If it is a company!! I’m well pissed off I should have read reviews before ordering 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My item is tracked as delivered. But it has not. IV tried to email several times and emails keep bouncing back saying undelivered and unknown email address which I got from their website contact details. I've paid in full and have no product. I am disappointed that it seems to be a scam. I would stay well clear.

I was unable to track my delivery as the courier advised the postcode was wrong. I emailed several times to confirm the shipping address and received no response. My order is now showing as delivered(through a letterbox) and we have no idea where it is.
