Welcome to Evoset, where we are redefining indoor playtime for feline companions through innovative design and smart technology. Operated by EVOSET PET SUPPLIES INC. out of Mississauga, Ontario, our mission is to eliminate indoor pet boredom completely hands-free while enhancing the incredible bond between cats and their owners. We understand the daily challenges of modern pet parenting. Traditional cat toys are frequently made of cheap plastic, easily tip over, and quickly wear out, creating visual clutter in sophisticated homes. Evoset changes that narrative. Our flagship product, the Evoset™ Smart Butterfly Cat Toy V3, is engineered with a heavy-duty suction base that attaches securely to floors, walls, or windows. It mimics the unpredictable, 360-degree fluttering pattern of real prey to safely trigger a cat's natural hunting instincts—giving remote workers and busy families an hour of quiet focus time. At Evoset, we firmly believe that premium pet tech deserves premium customer care. We take immense pride in our rapid, same-day support team. Whether it is quickly resolving a transit delay or instantly shipping out a replacement part to keep a favorite toy running like new, we stand firmly behind every product we make. Explore our collection of smart play solutions and see why cat parents worldwide trust Evoset to bring healthy enrichment, exercise, and endless happiness to their purring companions.

Hi Bihes, it's The Evoset Team following up on your review. After you wrote to us, we replaced your Turbo Racer with a Smart Butterfly V3 — and a second Butterfly was delivered to you in Doha on October 15 as well. We hope your cats are enjoying them. If anything still isn't right, please write to us at support@evoset.ca and we'll make it right.

Hi Vilma, thank you so much for ordering with us and taking the time to share your feedback! While we're glad your order arrived safely, "fine" isn't our standard at Evoset—we want both you and your cat to be completely thrilled with your new toy 🐾 We have sent a message directly to your inbox to see how we can make things right and turn your experience into a 5-star one, so please check your email whenever you get a moment!
It didn't work for my cats.
Update - Absolutely blown away with the near immediate response to my review. The company reached out and are sending their best selling Smart Butterfly Cat Toy. In this day and age it's refreshing to deal with real people!! My two ninjas are eagerly awaiting their new toy.
Unfortunately my cats would not go near the toy. If I recall it was advertised as 'whisper quiet' and it may be if used on carpet. I have only hard surfaces and the noise that it made was very offputting to my crew.
Even if they had played with it I would have had to limit the amount of time they used it because the noise was really irritating. I didn't return it because it seemed like a hassle so I plan to find a friend with a carpeted area in their home to give it to.

Hi Jan,Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're so sorry to hear the noise scared your cats! The Auto-Roll Ball is designed to run quietly, so loud rattling or noise usually happens if the outer shell isn't snapped together completely flushed during assembly or if an internal piece became misaligned during transit. We've just sent an email to ohpea1@gmail.com regarding your order (#4424) to help adjust the shell or send you a replacement so your kitties can enjoy a quiet playtime. We'd love to make this right for you! 🐾 Best regards,The Evoset Team

Thank you, Sarit! That's the secret — a few minutes of play together and it becomes their favorite hunt. 🦋 — The Evoset Team
Doesn’t work well
Doesn’t work well. Very loud and strong vibration when it does work at the base, it distracts my cat from the butterfly. This is despite it being well fitted into the base socket. Good in theory. Poor execution.

Hi Miki, thank you for your feedback! The loud noise and strong vibration happen when the wand head isn't fully assembled and locked into the base socket. When it's not fully attached, the motor vibrates against the base instead of smoothly fluttering the butterfly.
Please reach out to us at support@evoset.ca—we’d love to help you get it seated properly or send a replacement if needed so your cat can enjoy it!
Great customer support!
I was having trouble with the wand making a buzzing sound when turned on.
I contacted customer support and they sent me a new wand free of charge.
After connecting the new wand, I experienced the same issue. I told them I was still having trouble and they gave me advice on how to correctly connect the wand to the base.
After that it worked much better.

Amazing realistic butterfly!
I'm only giving 4 stars because of the base. It would be so much better if it was reusable but the sticky unsticks pretty easily. We are using it as a handheld toy now and the cats go crazy for it.

Thank you, Colleen! Quick tip for the suction base: rinse it under hot water and let it air-dry completely (don't wipe it) — it sticks like new after that. Happy handheld hunting! 🦋 — The Evoset Team
