I’ve only been to the store one and I really appreciate the online delivery service. It is so convenient for my lifestyle and schedule. Also they have great variety and quality pet food items. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. They do not actually care about their customers. I didn’t bring my pet in for grooming but I did order litter from the website. The ones I order are from Pidan and come vacuum sealed. One of them unfortunately came ripped, with litter leaking out into the box and package deflated already. I reached out to them and they said it’s totally ok to use and doesn’t affect quality so I cannot get a refund? What kind of product comes ripped and leaking when you paid for a brand new one? They mentioned they even reached out to their supplier to confirm it’s still useable but when I asked for proof they said they couldn’t provide it. At most they did was give me a 5$ STORE CREDIT. Not even a refund! Absolutely disappointing customer service.

I have purchased twice now and I appreciate the quick delivery and decent cost.

Love the prices and the products I received, only wish it was packed a bit more carefully. It was loose cat food cans placed in a box, nothing else to keep them from moving and banging into each other during shipping. Would still highly recommend purchasing from here.

Absolutely 5 STAR!! The delivery was incredibly fast, I ordered on 2pm and I received my products the same day at 7:30pm! My 3 cats are now enjoying their treats and toys now:) Will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbours!!!
