What can I say

Not happy with the service, but they did sort everything out in the end with my refund.

First and foremost, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced with our service. We truly value your feedback and take your concerns seriously. It's clear we fell short of providing the exceptional service you deserve, and for that, we are deeply sorry.

I would like to address the issue regarding the difficulty with your payment and order. Unfortunately, there was a mishap on our end in locating the payment for your order within our system. After thorough investigation, we realised that the payment was made through Klarna, rather than our usual Stripe card payment method. This oversight led to the confusion and delay in processing your refund.

I assure you that we have taken corrective measures to prevent such issues from occurring in the future. During your live chat session with us at 9:20 PM GMT on the 22nd of February, 2024, we processed your refund. Although we were in the midst of gathering the evidence you requested to send to you, we understand your decision to express your dissatisfaction through a review.

You should have also received an email notification confirming the refund at the time of the live chat, as well as follow-up email notifications regarding our responses after you left the chat. If you have not yet seen these emails, I kindly ask you to check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes our emails can be redirected there.

We are committed to improving our services and your feedback is instrumental in helping us do so. I hope you will consider our apology and the steps we've taken to rectify the situation. We would be grateful for the opportunity to regain your trust and, if possible, we kindly request you to reconsider your review. After sales support is poor

After sales support is poor. Trying for the 5th day to get hold of technical support no reply. call goes to answer machine. card only works on my phone. tried to tap into so many of my customers, ,my staff not working. so more hassle. I wont recommend this company

Highly recommended

The team were amazing from start to finish. They provided a card that's perfect! I asked for some things to be very specific which they achieved easily. However, I also asked for one detail which I had in my mind, but didn't really have an example to show them. The 100% nailed that request on their first mock up! At that stage I had only given them a brief description via the order form and hadn't even spoken to anyone. Lovely team and really helpful! Also fast processing time/delivery.
Ive already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

The card is great!

The card is great. I ordered it on Thursday when I was heading to a conference on Tuesday and it arrived Monday. The quality is great, the designers help loads with images and you get sign-off before they finalize it. I'm ordering for my entire team!

I cant get the card to work

I cant get the card to work, and I cannot get hold of Evrycard to fix the issue despite trying. Shame, because I am a marketing manager and I am testing it for my company and I would have bought quite a number of them if they had of shown any interest in helping

A bit of a letdown...

I purchased my Evrycard when the company first started out, thought I'd "support local" however unfortunately when attempting to use the card on several times it fails to work. Quite embarrassing when you're trying to show off your new business card to new clients, then having to pull out an old paper one.
I reached out to HQ stating my issue and did not receive a response. I've just had a quick look through my emails to see when I sent that email, unfortunately this was over a year ago now and have not used my card since.
A real shame as it's a forward thinking concept, but it just hasn't worked for us.
