Friendly staff, great rate on savings, but I never received starter checks or debit card for my checking account; must go to the branch, as telephone call did not fix the problem.

I got a car loan through Excite and it was one of the easiest transactions I have ever encountered. Alexa w.as extremely pleasant and professional. I will definitely come to Excite for any other financial needs.

These guys have done. A great job keeping the process going even when I was not totally understanding my roll. I was very satisfied.

So far I am liking the change I made, from my old bank to your credit union very much. Thank you for asking.

Good customer service

Have been with Excite for a couple of months now, am still getting use to you web site . Is very different from what I am use too
But getting there, is very hard to understand where to find things and I usually end up hitting what I don't know and end up going off my account and end having to long in again. Your Employees are wonderful and helpful but there always short handed and not spend enough time or are rushing things. In their defense I am 82 years old and things take a little longer to get there.

I had a paycheck held for 15 days. Because was not 30 days with this bank.

Excite gas been a great Experience from the day I opened my account. When I messed up they had my back and that I sincerely appreciate. I hope I will not mess up again but if I do,?I know Excite will be there for me. I would recommend Excite without reservations as the best banking experience I have ever had. Thank you.

Customer service and other services are great.

I applied for refi my home loan, over 3-4 months no response from your loan department even ask me to open account with excite.
as a courtesy response qualified or not qualify. no response, that is bad service.
i dont want to write bad things for people but you ask for my opinion.
