Claimed shipped, fake tracking provided

The estimated arrival is around the first week of April, though it may arrive earlier depending on customs clearance and local logistics processing.
As this coincided with the Chinese New Year holiday period, some of our Hong Kong factory staff were away on holiday. Following the holiday, there has been a significant surge in shipments across the region as factories and suppliers resumed operations at the same time. This has resulted in congestion at export facilities, customs checkpoints, and freight networks, leading to extended delivery times industry wide.
Please rest assured that this situation is seasonal and your order is already on its way. Under normal circumstances, our delivery timeline remains within 4–6 weeks. To make up for the inconvenience caused, we would like to offer a $50 compensation refunded back to your original payment method.

I placed an order for an Auro Sintered Stone Fluted TV Console / Ivory / 240cm on 17 February 2026 and paid $1,299.99.
After taking payment, the company failed to deliver the item. I followed up for updates and was later told that the order had been shipped. I was then provided with a tracking number, however the tracking appeared to be fake or invalid and did not lead to any genuine delivery progress for my order.
At no point did I receive the product. From my perspective, this made the whole experience even more concerning, because it gave the impression that shipment information was being used to delay or avoid properly resolving the issue.
For a purchase of this value, the communication and lack of transparency were completely unacceptable. I have now had to escalate the matter further.
Based on my experience, I would strongly urge others to be very careful before ordering from this business and to use a payment method with buyer protection.
