Firstly the purchase of my voucher was straight forward. While I didn't receive the voucher on the time stated I accept that this is only caused by the time of year for the postal services. I emailed expressing my concern and immediately I had a response which put me at ease knowing that the voucher had been sent and also got a copy of my voucher if I preferred to print. My voucher came the next day and without delay I emailed you to confirm the safe arrival of same. Thank you so very much

I made a mistake during check out and they fixed it .... quickly!
I bought a gift certificate for a friend and mistakenly had it sent to myself instead of my friend. The team was very quick to respond to my error and fix it ... several minor things had to be adjusted and everyone was friendly and fast in their ability to meet my needs.

Issue with the exchange
Our experience has been great so far, but this time we had some issues with the present we sent and even if we made it as soon as possible because the person needed to do it fast, she was not able to manage it until nearly a week after and this gave us some trouble with her. It's true that once we complained, it was solved very fast, but it has been quite anoying.
