Best Customer Service Ever!!
I ordered a gift card for ours son’s Christmas from Flightgift. Since I had never used them after 2 weeks I had not received it I became a little concerned and emailed the company. Alex from customer service replied right away letting me know it had shipped and he felt sure due to Christmas time mail it was just running a little off expected delivery. He also sent me a pdf file so I could print it if the card did not arrive. So helpful!!! Our son is was just prompted to Commander in the Navy and will be traveling these next few months for different schools and we wanted him to have this to help in his expenses.
Seldom do you get excellent customer service so I commend Flightgift for taking such good care of their customers. And I especially thank Alex for his quick, efficient and kind service!

When a Christmas present voucher failed…
When a Christmas present voucher failed to be delivered in a timely way, due to the well-known inefficiency of the UK Royal Mail, the FlightGift customer service people immediately emailed me a pdf of the voucher and then offered to send it again through the post. All contact emails were answered within an hour or two.

Superb customer service. I was concerned the physical gift cards I ordered were lost in my he postal system. I spoke to a couple of agents who couldn’t have been more helpful. Response time on both occasions was less than 30 mins after sending the message.
