Exceeded all my expectations. The diving, boat, and service were all exemplary!

Tibouran in the Galapagos was best boat I have been on. It was beautiful design with big windows to watch dolphins while showering or sleeping. But even better was the service. All the staff were so thoughtful and asking to help before you asked. I would happily sail on Tibouran again.

The boat and staff were amazing but the dive guides (Natalia in particular) really made it special. She looked after everyone below and above the water, making sure we all felt safe and comfortable.

An awesone dive destination was only the start. The crew on Humboldt Explorer did everything in their power to ensure the guests had a great trip.

Aft deck showers, warm towels after every dvie along with snacks & juice too.

The crew were available but not intrusive and the guides provided good, accurate pre-dive breifings and did teir best (as much as nature allowed) to ensure guests got to see the things they most wanted to underwater.

The people on our ship were tremendous. Our dive masters were obviously the most notable but the rest of the crew was equally great. Trip of a lifetime. Thank you to each and every person responsible for everything involved( food, cleaning etc.).

Diving in the Galapagos is spectacular. But the quality of service aboard the Tiburon Explorer turns a wonderful trip into an unforgettable one, almost a heavenly experience.

The quality of the guides, the attention of the crew, the exquisite and varied meals, the bartenders, the cleanliness... everything was perfect.

This was our fourth charter with Explorer Ventures and our second trip aboard the Caribbean Explorer II. The crew aboard CE II was exceptional in every aspect. Captain Lauren and her crew operated like a well-oiled machine. She ran a happy boat which was reflected in the crew's interactions among themselves and the passengers. The food onboard the entire week was exceptional. Chef Julian prepared varied and plentiful cuisine for every meal. Dinners always included two entrees with a variety of side dishes and homemade desserts. He also accommodated passengers with dietary restrictions by preparing equally tasty alternatives. Amber did a great job in arranging our transportation needs to/from the respective airports and the boat, coordinated the land tours and kept everything running on schedule. The diving was excellent and the two divemasters, Jon and Robyn, often assisted by Amber or Lauren, gave detailed dive briefings before every dive, assisted with the passengers gearing up, and then led us on the dives. They allowed us the freedom to wander off on our own to shoot pictures or one could follow the guide for that dive.
Everyone on board was great and every crewmember went out of their way to insure everyone had a great experience above and below the surface.

This was my first open water dives. The knowledgeable crew all did a great job making sure I was comfortable and safe. They did all the big things and then looked after the details also.

We booked the entire Tiburon boat for our group of 16 and were elated to have such a wonderful experience. Giovanni was the best chef we have had on a liveaboard OR dive resort! Fabulous! JC's hospitality and attention to details onboard were unmatched. Kebin led the dive crew and provided a single point of communication and excellent/clear briefings. After the first couple days, the entire crew felt like family...lending a helping hand with a smile, kept safety first for all of us, and continued to WOW us with top-notch professionalism that was also warm and personal. From our initial booking experience, to our topside Quito excursion, to the diving in Galapagos, to cruising the seas...we can't say enough great things about our group's experience! The crew was amazing. So very helpful and efficient and the food was wonderful. The rooms were generous and always neat and tidy. A room genie!

The diving was fabulous on the Turks & Caicos Explorer II on my May 3-10, 2025 trip. The food was plentiful and tasty. I especially appreciated Miguel's home-made soups. The entire crew was very attentive to every detail of comfortable and clean accommodations and safe diving. I was happy to be certified for Enriched Air Nitrox Diver on the trip. As an amputee diver, I require a bit more assistance with putting gear on and taking gear off. The crew was always available to provide the assistance I needed. A special thank you to the purser, Luis, who was especially supportive.

Great crew that was professional and committed to the divers having a great experience. Robyn and Brett both went out of their way to help me as a new diver to become quickly as comfortable as possible diving on the live aboard.

One constructive comment.. No one was at the airport to pick us up. I Called the Boat and alternate number numerous times with no answer. After a 45 min wait.. we coordinated for a taxi to get to the dock

The crew of the Caribbean Explorer 2 went above and beyond with cheerful customer service to make my recent trip with them May 3-10 to Saba my best dive trip yet! The diving on the healthy, colorful , protected reefs was beautiful, safe, and exhilarating! The food was delicious and plentiful ! The thing I loved most was the camaraderie among the crew and divers. I can’t wait to come back! John S

The diving was spectacular, the service even better. Captain Aly and her entire crew were a joy to be with for the week. We saw some of the best dive sites that Turks and Caicos has to offer. I know you can't take credit for the weather, but Aly's choice of dive sites took maximum advantage of the calm that was dealt us. The night dive at French Cay was EPIC by any standard!

Crew was excellent. Very thorough, Safe and attentive to every need. Assist with check in gear set up, repairs.
Clear fun dive briefings.
Ship was spotless. Meals were top notch.

Exceptional crew who worked hard to make us comfortable and happy! Only negative is that it's an older boat. Staterooms are cramped and if you are on the lower deck- claustrophobic. Showers are warm but super tight if you are above 5'10" Thankfully with 5 dives a day, you spend little time in your room and most of your time in the water or on top decks.

One word, AWESOME! The crew (Captain Rodney, Terrence, Julian, Robin, Jon, Sheldon, & Joon) took excellent care of our group of 18, 17 divers, one non-diver! A live-a-board dive trip was on my bucket list & it was quite an adventure which I give credit to the crew!

The crew of the Explorer II made my trip more than memorable. Love our interactions and support that they provided. Safety prior, during and ending each dive was definitely a high priority for them and it shows!
The food on board was also excellent! Definitely restaurant quality meals and service!
I can not recommend them enough!
