Great cleaning on my upholstery

Arrived on time, did great job on my upholstery, removed even old stains which previous company was unable to deal with. Many thanks!

I booked this the night before online for 2 rooms carpet cleaning, I have used this company before a total of 3x now and have had only positive experiences. I live on the 2nd floor with no lift and they carry the machine up every time and do a great job even moving furniture and returning it.

I book the pay later option as I do with any service I require as you like to see what your paying for. I have paid cash and via bank transfer with no issues ever.

I booked a cleaning service today for £130. It was for two sofas and a rug. They were a no show. No communication. I rang the numbers. The landline dies not work and the mobile goes to a pre recorded message getting people to go online and book.

I have messaged via WhatsApp, text, messenger and email and no response. They look like a proper company with a booking g system but they are clearly not. Looks like a huge scam. Save your money and go to Rug Doctor!

Do not use this company. The first red flag was booking online but no answer on emails, phone lines. They did not turn up on the date I paid for and did not answer any calls in an attempt to get a refund. This is a fraud operation.

Do not use this company. Made two appointments and both days did not show up at all. Received a reminder email the day before to confirm the appointment. On both days no call, text or email to advise cancellation, running late or to reschedule. When calling the office telephone number or mobile number during office hours, no answer. Poor communication and not reliable at all.

Terrible and rude, they will take your money and will not turn up, they failed to turn up 1st time and rescheduled 3 days later and still not turned up.!!
The cleaner called me on Saturday 25th November at 4.30pm saying that he couldn’t attend and rescheduled the appointment to Tuesday 28th November at 4.30pm Nov, I called the cleaner on 28th November at 4pm and he asked me to meet him at 5pm, I arrived to the address at 5 pm and rang him, he said that he is still in Eccles and he want to reschedule again, and when I asked why he didn’t call me before rather than bring me to the property without wasting my time he said that he will not do the job anymore, I already sent 2 emails requesting my money back with no reply or refund made.

They cancelled appointments then didn't turn up for the next one, no communication I tried cancelling it and get money back with no reply still trying to get money back have had to go through the bank to get it back and am going to report this company to trading standards. DONT USE.

We made an appointment for a Friday afternoon to clean the carpet in our flat in Manchester. We received a text message on Friday morning that our appointment was cancelled due to broken down machine. It was rescheduled for the following Tuesday morning at 9.30 am. No one turned up. No text messages. I tried to call them and got no answer. Complete waste of time and extremely bad organization and communication.

Very poor service. Arrived half an hour late and then couldn't do the job because there are stairs to my city centre apartment - might be an idea to check this out before scheduling an appointment! Since I presume they clean carpets in houses I wonder how they get the machine up those stairs!
I was told they would need a smaller machine which was broken. I strongly suspect that the job was just too much trouble.

I had a booking for 17 June 2023, at 9.30am, which was confirmed by text. Express City Cleaning didn't show up. They didn't respond to a chaser text. Their number went straight to voicemail.

Suspect that this is some sham fraud operation using the details requested for booking for false invoicing purposes.

Avoid.

Would have had minus stars if available! Didnto show at appointed time, and no call (or answer from them when I tried). Would not recomend, will be going elsewehere.
