Thomaz was fab! My stairs and landing had heavy stains from the dog and he completely removed them. The carpet now smells fresh and he gave us shoe covers for walking on the carpet. Great service will definitely use again.

I had a very poorly pooch who vomited all over my brand new carpet ( very dark large stain on a very light grey carpet ) . I managed to book a slot for early that morning and Tomasz arrived a few minutes early .
He got the massive stain and horrendous smell out perfectly to the point you wouldn’t know anything had been on there .
Tomasz was really friendly , punctual and professional and we would most definitely use again .

Excellent service from Tomasz.The carpets in the lounge,bedroom and staircase/landing are now spotless,looking almost brand new.Hardly any smell from the cleaning solution.Very friendly and professional service.This is our first time with the company.I'm glad we made the right choice and no doubt,will use them again.

Thomas had quite a job on his hands with my 7 year old sofa and carpet that's been destroyed by 2 young children and 1 puppy! I can honestly say he did an amazing job, very professional and my room smells and looks amazing. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Had an appointment booked for 1pm, received a text at time of appointment saying running 45 mins late. rearrange for 4pm cancelled again. Waste of my time

I have just had Thomas from Express City Cleaning, come and clean my very muddy looking (dog did it) lounge carpet, he was lovely, very friendly, very respectful and wow the carpet looks as if it has just been laid. Recommend very highly and will use again in a few months when the dog has made it his again.

Had my bedroom carpet cleaned and it smelt and looked amazing, I cannot recommend Thomas enough so respectful to, as soon as he came into our house he put his shoe covers on, lovely and polite, super fast, I will definitely be asking for him again in 6 months time, thank you very happy 😊

This was my first experience in having a
carpet cleaning professional help me! Thomas was quick and efficient. I needed the carpet of 2 bedrooms cleaned as I've just moved into a new flat. Thomas showed me the dirt that came up (it was gross) & I now feel confident about the state of the carpets!
I was glad that he's a friendly person too as that always goes a long way.

Thomas came to clean our carpets. He had quite a job on because we'd just had 2 months of building work done and they were in a complete state. He worked so hard and after a few hours my carpets were gleaming like new again!! I was so impressed I got him back a week later to clean the upholstery on my very old dining chairs. Again, Thomas did an amazing job!! I'm incredibly impressed with this company. Will 100% be calling on them again in the future!! Extremely reasonable pricing and money VERY well spent!! Believe me!!!

We have just had our three piece suite cleaned by Thomas from the Company. Very pleasant to deal with and carried out a very good job. Certainly intend to use the company again.

Original communication was good, cleaner who attended was polite and quick. The clean was for end of tenancy. The Landlord wasn’t satisfied with the clean due to missed stain etc and asked for them to reattend. They originally agreed and were in contact with the new tenants, but after the date was rearranged they ignored all emails from myself and the estate agents. We emailed, called, sent Facebook messages only to be ignored entirely. My deposit was withheld by the Landlord due to this for over a month. They never re-attended and failed to communicate at all. I had read already that aftercare with this company was not good. Eventually I had to pay for another company to attend who were excellent and really professional, they resolved all issues. Would not recommend Express City due to their aftercare, extremely unprofessional.
