This is a total scam, stay away. Paid £23.99 for the service of unlocking my old iPhone 6. Received an email half an hour after paying saying it was confirmed my phone COULD be unlocked and to finalise the process, I had to pay another £27.99! There was no clear mention of this 2nd payment on the home page, but under their "why am I being asked to pay this?" link it reads "please note section 7.3 of the terms and conditions which you ticked to sign prior to purchase". They are taking massive advantage of people knowing full well that if the upfront cost of £50+ to unlock an old phone was clear, no one would do it. I tried calling the contact number, but it does not exist, and I have had no reply to my emails to them.

TOTAL BAG OS S****E- Initial payment of 19.99 and then they want another 30 quid. DON’T TOUCH THESE PEOPLE-

Consider about 8 to 9 months waiting and they will send you a msg saying :

No update as yet. When the service resumes you will be notified.

Thank-you for being so patient.

No visible deadline and they eat your money. Paid $28 to get unlock started. Paid another $120 or something to get it paid off and then keep waiting for a year but nothing ! They keep your money and you dont get anything ! Pure SCAM !

I had almost given up on unlocking my Samsung SM-A300FU phone; after failures with THREE other companies, including USB cable unlock methods.
Almost accidentally, I noticed the Expressunlock advert claiming to unlock ANY Samsung phone on ANY UK network and I must say that by that time I was very sceptical....Quite painlessly, it took under 24 hrs, the phone was unlocked and I am now free to use any SIM from any provider !!
