This is an awesome product and was delivered with wonderful service. I ordered three products and two arrived right away. I waited for the third a few days and reached out to them. That day I had a note of apology and a promised it would be shipped immediately. They did and it arrived the next day. Great communications and awesome service. So why did I buy this product. I just turned 80, and always did my own windows. One of my 4 daughters made me promise never to get on ladder again, as she was with another family member in the ER. She was there for hours with a in law. She said every other patient was injured because of a fall from a ladder or a motorcycle accident. She made me promise to never get on my ladder again, and I don’t break my promises. Neither does this vendor!!! Rich Schneider VT

I was very happy with the follow up to deliver my order. My original order was not delivered by UPS and Extend-A-Reach sent a replacement order through USPS. I received the replacement order and am very happy with the quality of the product I purchased. I will be purchasing additional products through Extend-A-Reach in the future

Exceptional people, very great at customer service and care a pleasure to deal with.

I purchased a cobweb duster for an extension pole that was left by the previous homeowners. I received the duster promptly and it works great to get those hard to reach areas around the Lakehouse. Kate was very responsive when I had a question and came up with a great solution to my problem! It is hard these days to find a business that stands behind their products and treats their customers with such dedication. I will recommend Extend-A-Reach and will go to them first for all of my cleaning tool needs from now on.

I have the 30 foot pole, managed to warp the upper three section. Contacted company, Kate got right back to me, and a complete replacement arrived three days later, no questions asked.

It is a pleasure to deal with a company that backs up their warranties completely and quickly.

I purchased an Extend-a-Reach pole about 6 months ago. I had an issue when one of the sections came apart. I sent an email to them and without hesitation they sent me a new one. Great customer service.

I purchased the Extend -A-Reach Pole. I got the tree saw attachment. It worked great as I was for the first time able to reach the 30' branches! I can also use it for all kinds of things around my yard, ( wasp nest and outside window cleaning etc..). They are very awesome to deal with and provided me with a rapid response with an issue I was having. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

I am a fan of this company. Their products are of high quality and you cannot beat their customer service. Customer for life

I have purchased many telescoping tools and accessories from Extend-A-Reach over the years and have always been satisfied with their quality. Most recently, I purchased an Extend-A-Reach telescoping pruning saw through Amazon in November 2025. While the saw is solid and works well, the plastic handle attached to the pole unfortunately broke after a few uses.

The customer service I received in response was exceptional:
- Prompt Resolution: After I contacted support to request a replacement for the broken part, Kate was incredibly prompt in finding a resolution and communicating.
- Above and Beyond: She honored the warranty to make up for a missing email communication and even overnighted me a brand-new replacement pruning saw.
- Valued Experience: Throughout the entire process, I felt treated as a valued customer and received full value for my purchase.

It is rare to find a business that takes such pride in its work and stands behind its products with such dedication. Their customer service and business values truly set them apart. Thank you, and keep up the great work, Extend-A-Reach! 😊

Great product! It met all of my expectations. The quality is excellent, it works exactly as described, and it arrived very quickly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable window cleaning pole.

I recently purchased a 30 ft. pole saw, and I am pleased with my purchase. The performance exceeded my expectations. It was lighter and more sturdy than I thought it would be. Even using it at its maximum length, I still felt like I had decent leverage and minimal sagging.

Their customer service is great as well. They respond quickly and are very professional.

In addition to a great product set, they also have great and fast customer service. I had a problem with an order and they fixed the problem within 2 days.

Was looking for something for cleaning with the 24’ ceilings in our great room. The quality of everything in the High Reach Cleaning kit is TOP notch (pole is super sturdy)! This kit is going to make cleaning the ceiling fan, corners, ledges, windows, etc. a breeze. Exceptional customer service as well!

I have used the 30 ft extension pole and saw for several days and have been very pleased with the way it cuts. I did have a small issue with the pole, and Kate at Extend-a-Reach was very helpful and immediately resolved the issue under warranty.

Extend-a-Reach is a wonderful company to buy from. There products are high quality and work great.
There was an issue with the first shipment and when I reached out to let them know, not only did they respond within minutes, they sent a replacement the same day.
I highly recommend them.
