Battery replacement cover…
You said that the battery covers would fit most wind meters. Well it does not fit my Brunton ADC.

Hello, Thanks for the review but in no way do we mention that this Kestrel battery door will fit other manufacturers meters. We do mention this “ All Basic battery doors are made to the same dimensions so any color you choose would fit any of the basic meters.” As in Kestrel Basic Meters (1000-3550). We then go on to mention this in red print that the battery door will only fit the current Kestrel basic model, not the older flat models”. I think this was just a case of misunderstanding. We will be happy to accept the battery door back for a full refund. Just contact us or log in to our store and make the return request.. Thanks!

Hadn't realised there would be import tax to pay, should be clear notice on converted currency.

Hi, Thank you for the review. Sorry you were charged UK taxes. We do mention on our shipping page that depending on your country, you may be responsible for paying import customs fees / taxes at time of receipt. This is not a fee we charge but your country.

Received what was ordered
Received what was ordered. But I had to email to get order status and to get the tracking number. Never did receive a email notification of my shipment notification other then answering my email.

Quick delivery to Australia
I'd been looking at one of the Kestrel meters for a while. The pricing at Extreme Meters was very competitive and even once USPS postage to Australia was included, it was still $100 cheaper than I could buy the same item in Australia. I received the meter in a little over a week.

Great customer service! They promptly responded to my email to change an order on a Saturday that was my error. They promptly shipped it out on Monday and I received it on Wednesday.
