My experience at John High Rainham was absolutely brilliant.

The gentleman optician was a delight and has travelled from Bristol for the day. He was very kind to my 5yr old telling her jokes and looking at her toys. The eye exam was thorough and well explained, particularly the benefits of the the eye health checks they can do to spot any problems early. With macular degeneration and cataracts in the family it's worth the extra for peace of mind. As suspected, I did need a new prescription!

The ladies (who were sisters and I'm kicking myself not to have retained their names!) in the store were so helpful in finding frames that suited. There was no beating around the bush about what didn't suit me which I very much appreciated! It's a lot of money to spend and doesn't help if people give you lip service and you end up buying something not right.

We had such lovely genuine conversations through the process, it was a really warm experience.

It was both a personable and highly expert experience by all in the team. I spoke to and saw the same people each visit and call which really does make a difference in building trust and feeling valued as a customer.

I love my new glasses and frames and it's made such a difference to my vision already. I couldn't recommend them more as a practice.

I have just returned for my second set of lenses for my other glasses.
They do a very high quality range of optical lenses. I have sunglasses that I converted into occupational distance with a yellow tint for screen use & fashion and yesterday a reading only pair.
Malaika who has assisted me with both pairs is so professional has great knowledge and explains clearly all the options. She is wonderful to deal with very patient and a lovely personality. A true credit to Eye Emporium and makes all the difference. I will only use this branch now and always ask for Malaika. Thank all of the Team.Paula Pixie Carney

Best optician and optical shop I have ever visited. Every single person in wandsworth branch I came across is phenomenal. They help you and guide you for very depth. Glasses range are various from basic to latest updated one, frames are too good with range of brand. Delivery on time.

Having been a long standing customer of John High Opticians, Faversham. Their friendly persona, enthusiasm to give the utmost in customer service and professional excellence has kept me coming back since I was a teenager. Receiving both my contact lenses and my glasses from John Highs, the team have ensured my optimal vision as well as looking after my eye health and are always happy to help if I phone in or turn up with matters regarding my care.
Now, having a family of my own, my children enjoy attending for their eye checkups and my son now has his own glasses. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First of all I love the staff at Eye Emporium Stratford. Excellent service and great care with helpful tips on what frame would be the best one for me. The range of frames to choose from is extensive and there’s a great variety one you enter the shop you’ll be stuck trying to pick the best one :). Would I go there again? Yes I would and I am a regular customer. Any issues regarding my frames I just go to them that’s how good they are.
