Over three years ago you're Kikstarter…

Over three years ago you're Kikstarter project for vision check2 was started I was on of the earliest supporters of the program. Has this project been scrapped for the USA market? Only option presented to me as a backer of the program was my money back. Why not a discount on any of the products you are currently selling to the public online? Again I will be repeating the same message to you of disappointment as a backer as long as you keep sending me the same question about my experience!

Thank you for your review. One of our support agents had reached out to you last month, but did not hear back. You are correct, that a refund was offered to our backers if they no longer wanted to wait. We felt this was the responsible thing to do. However, one of the other options in the survey was to receive the current VisionCheck device in lieu of the VisionCheck2 (or if you purchased a Vision Monitoring Kit 2, we could ship a Vision Monitoring Kit instead), and a partial refund. If you would like to take advantage of that option, please respond to the refund survey accordingly. You can also contact our support team with any additional questions.

So far, so good

I have had to contact the company a couple of times over issues which turned out to be user error. I had my phone set to the wrong resolution, and had adapttive brightness turned on. I am still having one issue, which I hope is also due to user error. They have been prompt and helpful in their replies so far. When I have managed to get the device to work, it seems pretty accurate.

Really excellent support!

Quickest and best response I've ever had. Responses to my questions and concerns were prompt and the support people are knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend EyeQue to anyone.

Amazing product if you're patient and careful

Amazing product and support. I was able to get the measurements of SPH and CYL, AXIS and have glasses made. The results were excellent. I have moderate astigmatism (-1.75) and the glasses appear to correct it very well. Email support was excellent as well when I ran into a few issues with the phone app. Googling for answers also helps. Overall I am very satisfied with the VisionCheck product.

I'm sorry to learn that you did not feel your question was answered. EyeQue is now offering end-to-end vision service, where you can use the Personal Vision Tracker or VisionCheck for generating refractive measurements, then consult with an Optometrist to obtain a prescription for glasses.

I'm sorry we were not able to respond in a timely manner. In the auto responses sent out upon receipt of any incoming emails, we did give notice that our team was away attending CES in Las Vegas, and that there would be delays in responses. Now that we have returned to the office, we will be answering all emails accordingly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I never really got to speak to someone

I never really got to speak to someone. Your equipment is extremely hard to use. It is not straight forward. No way for me to be consistent from one try to the next. Every try is excruciatingly difficult to perform . Don't remember when I tried so the date below may not be correct

Love your original product. Works great for me.

I supported your new product development on Kickstarter. I understand that you are under review by the US government and that is taking longer than expected for approval in the US. I asked you to ship to Israel, but since I still use the US Play store that wouldn't work.

Why can't you find another app distributor for me, instead making me wait for US approval?
