Results Are Better Than Any Glasses I’ve Owned In Over A Decade
I tried EyeQue because I was unhappy with the eyeglass prescriptions I’ve been getting from the optician. To be fair, my eyes are tricky for reasons I won’t bore you with here.
So I liked the idea of taking my time, doing my own vision tests several times, and getting it right. Plus I was able to test my results with inexpensive sample lenses before spending a few hundred dollars on glasses that may or may not be right.
I received my sample glasses a few days ago and they’re seriously better than any glasses I’ve had in over a decade. I’ll definitely be doing my own vision tests with EyeQue from now on.

Still Waiting to see the results
I do not know how things are going, becasue I am still waiting on my return to complete. But overall, things went ok. Customer service not being open on weekends tend to be an issue, but otherwise ok.

Eye prescription not accurate
Product not accurate for vision prescription test. Took at least 7 eye exams and used the prescription to get glasses. That prescription is unusable and my old glasses were still better. Should have gone to an in person eye prescription exam instead. Won't be using this again.

Waste of money and time
The eye test was difficult and I don't trust the results.
I wanted to get the $20 pair of single vision glasses to verify that the test results were accurate only to be contacted later that they can't be filled because those frames don't go up as far as my pupillary distance is.
Now I feel like I wasted my money and will have to go to a brick and mortar store to pay for a traditional eye exam thus wasting more money and the point of purchasing the EyeQue product in the first place.

Your results were quite consistent, as you were able to generate EGNs; unfortunately an important part of the measurements exceeded the limitations of our try-on glasses, as listed alongside the item in our store. Nonetheless, there should have been a notification during the checkout process - our web team has been notified of this error.
If you wish to return the unit and it is still within the 30-day return window, please submit an RMA request via your order in your EyeQue account. If you purchased thru Amazon, please initiate the return thru their platform.

the eyeque isnt real easy to use but takes patience. the results are well worth the effort. Having someone check my past results and fix my issues made it alot easier.

Great experience and device
Update:
EyeQue was quick to respond to better understand what my experience was about to understand and resolve my issue. After further investigation there seems to have been some settings and possibly screen resolution between my iPhone 12 Max and my iPhone 13 mini. The mini actually gave me the results that I expected. I did also make changes to things like font size, no bold etc on 12 max that improved the reading but still got the results I needed on my mini. Denzel was great and working with me and ultimately sending me a try on to validate that all was as expected. This is highly recommended in my opinion to try the try-on glasses first.
This will now be my annual way for doing my in home eye test.

I think it detected my astigmatism well, better than optometrist, but the prescription is quite off by -1.25. Just had eyes tested and the reading on eyeque was consistent over 4 readings but still off by -1.25

Quality support and prescise results for those willing to learn their system
The eyeque device took me some time to figure out but the support was great. My first try on pair ended up being a weaker prescription than my current one. I was impressed with the speed and attention to detail in their response. They narrowed down on the most likely source of the error. After some calibration and retesting my final try on pair was ideal as far as I can tell and was able to return the first pair with no charge.
