Was on the edge of purchasing a Aventon Current ADV but when I left the cart Ezbike reached out and answered all my questions quick and the delivery was fast so I had to make the purchase. Bike came fully assembled ready to ride which was awesome and they gave a great price.

Very helpful support/customer service! Was able to test ride the aventon level 4 REC. Lots of features on the bike and very easy to navigate the controls. Placed an order and was delivered after 4 days (although it came a little later than the estimated time).

I ordered my bike online after discussion with one of the people who answer the phone. It was easy. Also depending on the bike there a a few free gifts such as seat, pump etc, you just have to ask. I ordered the Velotric Midstep Tempo. The first delivery was unfortunately the wrong size but they agreed to take it back right away. My friend decided she wanted it so that saved them. They sent out my new bike right away with a few more freebies.
I love my bike and the customer service was fantastic! Thank you

The bike was well packaged and complete of parts. Only issue so far is keeping the seat in place…. Slides down instantly to bottom regardless of tension adjustment. Looking for suggestions on a resolution.

I bought a preowned electric bike and it came pretty fast within a week-ish! It was packaged well with lots of foam. The only downside was no instructions included but I was able to easily find them online. Great experience and would purchase from here again!

I wrote an earlier review and had given a 4 star review. I sent some questions to the company regarding my concerns and got quick and positive responses. They sent me the warranty link which I printed off. They said the pannier bags were no part of the order, but they are asking Hey Bike to send me a set which I was really impressed with. I was not sure but I had thought they were included for free. They discussed the digital display with me and the answer was satisfactory. I have a solution to that issue. I would certainly return to this company again, no problem.

Required small parts for my e-bike, they sent for free including shipping.

Bike came quick. Very happy with the purchase.

So far the bikes seem well made and I expect we will be very happy with them. EZBike was easy to deal with and the bikes arrived on time. I really do not like that EZbike does not provide a receipt in a file-able format and I need to take a series of screen shots just to register my warranty with Velotric. Either send me a pdf or provide a way for me to access your site and easily download one. Basic customer service.

Very easy to deal with and super accommodating! I plan on buying another e-scooter from EZ bike.

From the first phone call with Queeny, right to the delivery of the bikes, EZ bike was so nice and easy to deal with. I am so happy we got the bikes and we absolutely love them. Melvin helped me with everything I needed and when I need more help from him in regards to bike capability he was very informative of all the bikes and helped me with my test ride! I am so thankful of his expertise in e bikes!

Délais de livraison affreusement long. Le tracking number ne fonctionne pas. Commande effectuée le 31 juillet 2026 rien reçu le 12 août 2026. Le tracking indique encore que la trottinette est à l’entrepôt de Richmond Hill depuis le 4 août 2026 et ne bouge pas. Plusieurs appels fait à la compagnie et à Purolator. Service unilingue anglais pratiquement incompréhensible due à l’accent indien des employés. On me répète, « It’s in transit, on it’s way »! Pourtant le tracking ne bouge pas! J’ai attendu en vain toute la journée d’hier , prétendu journée de la livraison. Rien n’est arrivé, pas un appel, pas de courriel. On me fait perdre mon mois d’août et mes vacances sont retardées! La trottinette c’est pas pour l’hiver! Mauvais service à la clientèle. On sent que tout le monde s’en fiche! Je déconseille fortement de faire affaire avec eux! Très, très déçue!

Bike arrived quickly and in good shape. There wss one missing component in the box (a phone holder that was meant to be included) when I contacted them they quickly sent me a replacement which arrived the next day.

I had a problem with my bike and they took care of it right away.

No response, no follow-up after an order.
