I had a wonderful experience with Faber.. as much as a person don’t want to file for bankruptcy! I must say that they were very helpful, answered all my questions. And most of all very supportive and encouraging! Great experience all around! Than you Fern!

I came to Faber after doing a bunch of research and meeting with a plethora of different trustees. My file was assigned to Senior Analyst Sofia K. and I cannot thank her enough. This was really hard for me, emotionally, to go through and Sofia was there every step of the way. She explained things patiently and held my hand (literally at times). Sofia truly was a god-send and I am beyond lucky to have had her as my analyst!!!

At first I was hesitant but after talking to my trustee I understand how I can start over I was so much in debt I thought it’s the end but working with Faber Inc give me a better meaning to life I will recommend anyone who is in debt and cannot pay your bills please talk to someone in Faber Inc I know you will get a solution and a better future talk to someone

They explained my options and helped make an informed decision. I felt so much better after speaking with Karen.

This is to let everyone know what a terrible and inconsiderate company they r. I had asked for a release form so i can do my taxes and she didnt bother terminating my bankruptcy. I have alteady been looked after with my lawyer who has dealt with my creditors. I am a single mother been homeless for a while and i went there when i was vulnerable and going through alot. Took of advantage of my situation. They knew i was going through alot and couldnt go through with this. Disgusting. Thats why i went back to my mom for help and she has given me money to start my life. I dont need this. Dont deal with them. Rude and full of crap

Do not recommend. We never heard anything back. Took the time to consult, send all paperwork, another phone conversation, then just silent. Apparently they don’t want our business

My ex common law used my granddaughter as a dependent four 4 years plus he never disclosed his triple amount earning .so the SOB takes him to court for lying to them. Now he makes 6500.00 a month he's made to pay 800$ .He says in front of the SOB.trustee and the judge.that his His Grandaughter as of July 1st 2017 went back to LIVE with her biological father.that's a lie we had not seen my granddaughter not his since oct31 2016.this is my question why did no one at this big company not once get ahold of my son to ask him ....he's had full custody of my grAnddaughter since she was 14 mons old she's 12 now .I nanasat her for 7-9 mons out of the year as my son worked up north .but also which my ex failed to tell them I Got1200.$ a month for taking care of my girl .He did nothing with. My grandaughter nothing.yet he claims her they find out and he lies again

How does this happen don't u people have a phone or email
I'm telling my son to sue u and Mr .........for lies and decect towards I my son and granddaughter
How can u say u work for justice for people .
When all u have done is let a man lie numerous times.and nothing is done when he lies again

Licensed Insolvency Trustee -- Faber Inc. Edmonton

I have no doubt that Faber as Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LIT) are educated but highly trained is an outrageous professional designation.

Faber Inc do not follow the "stringent code of ethics" that all Trustees are subject to by the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.

The lack of communication, follow up and high staff turnover makes it difficult to deal with them.

If you need a LIT, steer wide of these Trustees as they will keep you in bankruptcy indefinitely and leave you destitute in more ways than one.

Only one star because zero isn’t an option. If what you are looking for is more stress and despair during a bankruptcy by all means go with faber. Inconsistent advice, absolute radio silence for eternities regarding communication then being told one thing only to comply and then be told nope now we are doing this. The lack of professionalism this company has demonstrated regarding the bankruptcy I’m speaking of is absolutely astounding and once this nightmare is over we will be legally looking into their handling and conduct during this time. If you are in financial trouble things are probably already bad enough you don’t want to make them worse which is a very high possibility with this company. I urge you to look at any other option rather than this company.

They are terribly inconsistent. There information changes with everyone you talk to. Systems not in place for accurate information back to clients. They made a terrible situation even worse for me. They barely return calls when you leave a message. They go through people like crazy. I had at least 4 different people in 21 months all with again incorrect portals of information and what was right or not. I ended up paying out more than I was suppose to and claimed with no clarification on why. Wrong information given to me all the time and made this situation I found myself in after a divorce with a bankruptcy even worse. Absolutely do not recommend them for anything.

The best and friendly people to deal with. Everyone from reception to the top is great to deal with. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. They do not talk to u like you are to blame for what’s happened in your life. They provide u with the best solution to improve your life. Thank you to everyone.

They are awsome people. They do whatever it takes to satify there customers.

Faber and Associates handled my bankruptcy a few years back. They were terribly patient , and several times had to pursue matters with my creditors which they did quickly and decisively. They gave me outstanding assistance and were always supportive, efficient and accurate in their work.

i got myself in a jam i went to Faber we talked for some time they gave me two options and described each of the options and they convinced me on the second option and now I'm about 6 months from being done. I think they did a wonderful job and I appreciate what they did for me.
