I have dealt with Faber for almost a year. Recently, I was given a new analyst. When I called this person, their voice message did not state they were on holidays. They did not return my call for two weeks and even then, I had to call them. This could me an area Faber can look into. I also left a message with another analyst and they did not return my call.

Faber has been very supportive , non-judgemental and so extremely informative and helpful in more ways than I can express, they are in class of their own , keep up the Great Work !!

Fantastic! Everyone at the Edmonton Office was great. Friendly, helpful and most of all non- judging. I would most definitely recommend this company.

Definitely I recommend this company; they're very professional, and the nice lady I talked to for the first time went beyond my expectations, she made me feel so comfortable that I opened up with her, about my personal issues, and normally I am not that type of person, but I fully trusted her. The other members were the same, they helped me with budgeting. I was so pleased with their great service.

My experience with Faber had been very good until I came in to have my second meeting. I found out that they had not received my payment or my paperwork for three months. I have proof on my cell phone that it had gone even a thank you from the secretary for receiving it. Apparently she did not pass it along To the correct department and it looked like I had not paid or not sent in paperwork for three months making me look very bad and I was very upset. She did not seem to think this was a big issue. Apparentlyshe had given me her email address to send this information to win it should have gone to the Faber address. She apparently did not pass my information along the thus no one knew I had made these payments.

They are fair and up front with you. Good customer service , can be trusted and have the experience to handle your problems.

My experience has been extremely poor from the very beginning. The guidance and support through this process has been minimal and quite vague. Following the guidelines the best I can on my own has been frustrating and challenging. I have had three different people representing me due to employee turnover. Taxes have probably been the worst part of it all. Now I'm getting close to my release date and doubt that I will be released.
Have heard great things about other companies but leaving Faber would mean I start over.

I have found them very professional, helpful and courteous.

If you are struggling financially in any way, I strongly recommend Faber. They can help.
I am now more disciplined and am finally able to save. I still have a way to go, but it feels good that I am getting there.

At the start it was a little shaky but all was resolved and the experience has been very professional ,helpful and smooth.Bankrupcy is a situation no one wants to be faced with and is a very de-humanizing event.At Fabre the professionals have made a bad situation less traumatic , showed me the reasons through education,Counselling so I can understand better and prevent such a situation from happening again.In all it's been a great learning expereance and the fine people of Fabre have made it possible.Thank you all.
