Absolutely horrible experience. Would rate 0 if I could. I ordered a number of items online, and weeks later they still had not even shipped; customer service kept promising that they were ready to go and would be sent immediately, but this was not true. I cancelled the order and was initially promised a full refund due to the delay, but never received any refund nor did I ever receive any of the items. Customer service just stopped responding to me. Do not order from them!!!

They don’t deserve a ⭐️. I had placed an order. Some of the products were very expensive and they misplaced or misshipped 5 products from my odrer. I had to call several times and they only kept on saying they show as dispatched. They never owned any responsibility. I lost my 25000 rupees, my time to follow up. Worst ever experience. I would never buy products from them. Please beware before buying products from them. I felt like its a fraud.

I have had so many problems online orders, I have decided not to buy online of FabIndia site.

I have never had any problems with any other online stores even tho I'm an nri and often cannot enter an India number. But this company insists on sending otp only to an India number. while every other BRC business also sends OTP to email because not all NRIs have an India number, this very "well-reputed" company cannot even provide this simple resolution.
The delivery person was unreasonable and rude, I have a record of all the transactions, payment, invoices etc. he had my mother's (India number) recorded on his phone and could hear it ring when he called.
Yet he insisted on an otp. But wouldn't send the OTP to my mother's number. Defies logic. How can I possibly scam when I have already paid ?

I called the customer service number and they assured that my mother's number will be acknowledged as the India number but yet to hear back from them. In the meanwhile, I have been locked out of my login and am unable to retrieve the orders or update my mobile number !
Ridiculous service, even if you can call it that !

very poorly handle and very poor customer care people, i order product on 4th Nev 2023 and today its 09th dec, after calling twice they said product got returned., which i supposed to gift my one of repeat customer, unfortunately Fabindia spoiled it very nicely and they wont deliver back they said no,

I ordered 4 items from Fabindia website (India) and received 3 of them after 9 days. When I wrote to the customer care asking about the 4th item they said it failed the quality control check and so they are working on delivering the item from a different location and so it was taking time. I told them I had an international travel planned so I need to receive the item in the next 8-9 days. At least if it that is not possible, I asked them to deliver to my US address. They said I needed to place another order from the US website, which means paying extra for the item and the shipping cost. I will not order from the website again.

What went wrong? Everything. From their product to their services everything is wrong, including their website. They are liar, cheater. I have been ordering from so many Indian online shopping site from last 4-5 years and never experienced a quality of products as well services as bad as them (Fabindia). They say in their website that it will come to your door in 10-15 business days, forget about it. They take more than a week to let you know that the product you ordered was not available any more. So their site are never updated. After that they take another two weeks to send the products what were available to them. But the worst part come when you receive the product. This was cheapest products I received and in top of the that the item was totally damaged. I have never received a product as damaged as that. And when I wrote that the products I received was damaged and I want to return, they take one week to respond and the answer is that I have to spent the return shipping for a totally damaged/unusable cheap product. I am sure even if I spend money and send them the product, I will not get my money back as they will say that they did not receive the product as I will not spend the money for priority shipping and to track the shipping. So I just wasted my ~$100, but it's okay, I will never buy anything from them.

Never think again. Frustrating support and crap website. nothing updates online and its hell if you are returning or exchanging products.

E-commerce of Fab India sucks!! The dispatch date says 2 business days but it’s been 4 business days and still no update on when my order will be despatched. The customer service guy said he would expedite and call back but no calls or emails received.

Ordered 2 kurta jacket sets. One arrived in 2 pieces and another arrived as 1 piece. Jacket was missing in it. They don’t honor customer complaints . I will never shop at fabindia again

I had ordered a kurti pant set for rs 850 from them.i had inquired about return policy at that time they don't told me that they will charg 300 for return on WhatsApp. Now there massage is disappeared as they had set like that.i got same set at 550/- on other site so I told them to cancel my order but they don't & delivered.. now for return rs.300 chgs

Recently bought a Linen Woven Chambray Sari for INR 8k, but the color seems to be fading away so soon? If so much money is paid for a single piece of clothing, all we expect is basic quality, yes?
When we called the customer service they were so rude to us and yelled at us. Overrated and overpriced. Stay away.

Ordered white kurta set plus a few other items. The other items arrived but the white kurta set never arrived.
When I complained I was told to wait until they checked their system. After waiting five weeks and numerous emails I was told they cannot do anything and as far as they are concerned the item was delivered. They have no proof that the item was delivered or even despatched

A complete disgrace and very bad customer service.
Do not use this company unless you want to waste your money.

1. 30th April : Bought a top online on fabindia site
2. 6th May: Asked for status as I did not get the product.
3. 7th May: I was informed that my Order # is being prepared for shipping (this could take around 5 days at our end). And that post dispatch, shipment(s) will be delivered within 4-6 business days depending upon zip code.
I asked about delay: Written response by Puneet was: This is to inform that your Order was placed on 3/5/23 and currently it is being prepared for dispatch which could take around 5 days at our end.-Order was placed on 30th April by me
On the call response by Krishnendu : Your system got messed up and the order was never prepared for shipping.
4. 22nd May: I waited for 10 days - and then called your number and asked for status. I was told now they are cancelling as the product is damaged.

Points for FabIndia:
1. No one informed about delay?
2. Order cancelled only when I asked about the status of the order on 22nd May
3. I got 2 different responses -written and over phone
4. FabIndia is unable to handle orders, so why sell? (This is not the first time)
5. Customer support at FabIndia is to harass customers and not support

I ordered an item with pairs to find out after a month that the items were randomly canceled. Customer service does not even know what's going on. The item would show as available, and they won't process it quickly, but wait a month to say it's unavailable, even though I ordered long before. Think twice before you order as you may not receive all that you ordered.

We have ordered a two-piece kurta worth Rs1645. They delivered a completely different kurta worth Rs995. Now they are refusing to sort it out.

We visited Fabindia Experience Centre, 44 Ring Road, New Delhi, and had a fantastic shopping experience. We were assisted by Ranjit Singh Negi, who very patiently helped us select our choices of shirts and dresses etc etc. as well as household decorative items. The price quality relationship is excellent and you can find very beautiful garments for any taste. Highly recommended and hope to go back soon

Horrible material.. after one wash they become like thin paper .. they are expensive for no reason ..
