I’d avoid them
I’d avoid them. I was charged a delivery fee even though I cancelled my order immediately after placing it. I cancelled because the delivery timeframe shown during booking was different from the one I was given afterward.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand your concern. Once an order is placed, our system immediately sends it to the warehouse for packing and books the courier for collection. Because our process is largely automated, these steps happen very quickly.
While we did our best to stop the delivery when we received your request, by that time the packing and courier booking had already been initiated, which means services and costs had already been incurred by our team and delivery partners.
We truly appreciate your understanding, and if there’s anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to let us know.
