Had an issue with a pair of earrings bought for my daughter . Contacted Fada and their customer service was absolutely excellent . They were so prompt and efficient in their correspondence with me .I was very impressed. I will most certainly be shopping from Fada again . Many thanks guys .

Amazing Irish company with great quality products at a reasonable price. I really wanted a Claddagh ring but didn’t have a couple of hundred laying around for a 9ct gold one in the local jewellers.

My Mum purchased the Grá necklace for me for my birthday in December. Boy was I glad they were restocked as I thought I’d have to wait until after Christmas to purchase it but honestly I haven’t taken it off since. Sometimes I forget to take it off in the shower and it hasn’t tarnished or anything. It’s made from a very yellow gold which took me a little getting used to and the necklace is a little bit longer in length than I was expecting but that doesn’t take from how nice a piece of jewellery it is and the sentimental value of it to me having been a present from my Mum is priceless.

Bought earrings and chain for my daughter. Unfortunately one earring broke but the customer service was excellent. They replied to me immediately and sent out a replacement

I ordered a necklace and earrings for a teenager.
The necklace is fine - it’s not expensive jewellery.
However the earrings are a complete disaster they are hoops and absolutely impossible to open, they did eventually.
I didn’t give the gift you could not possibly get them to close while in your ear then how to open!!!! Your ear would be very sore. Maybe it’s a faulty pair!!!

What can I say, so happy with my purchase, I got both silver and gold Éire chain for 2 of my daughters, they love them and haven't taken them off, the gift box was out of stock but they came in cute little bags, I will definitely buy again, a beautiful Irish business. Best of luck Fada

bought two necklaces about a year ago: gold misneach and silver tada gan iarracht. a little on the pricier side for what it is but still nice pieces that have held up with fairly regular wear. I would personally prefer if the misneach necklace didn't have the link connecting the pendant and chain and had the chain strung directly through the pendant itself, similar to their newer tabhair aire duit féin. overall would recommend
