Some beautiful pieces, ordered 2 necklaces snd some earrings. They arrived super quick and look lovely the earrings look very small but are a present so I haven't seen them on yet. It would be nice to have some pure golf pieces added as I'm.not keen on gold plated and prices can be a little high for that

I think I may have purchased every bit of jewellery Fada make and have been so delighted with every piece. Love all their pieces and look forward to shopping again soon. I have introduced all my family to Fada as well. Top class

I purchased a pair of gold heart earrings for my daughter before Christmas. She has been able to wear them as the clasp on one of them will not close securely. I have tried emailing them but the email has bounced back. I have also filled in their contact form and it won’t send. Is this a scam company?

I purchased a number of pieces of jewellery from FADA for the Christmas period. Unfortunately there was a fault with a pair of earrings, but customer support service could not have been more helpful.
Prompt reply to my emails. Full refund paid back into my account. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Lovely pieces of jewellery and excellent customer care

Great customer service is a rare thing. I had an issue with a necklace purchased, but the customer service team went above and beyond to resolve the issues, promt responses, helpful, courteous.

Had purchased earrings and there was a slight issue with one of them. Email sent over Christmas period and even though the out of office was on I received a reply on what to do. Each email was answered promptly even though I didn’t expect this till after New Year. Fantastic customer service and prompt replacement of the produce. So very happy with the pieces purchased and receiver was also delighted with these. Recommend highly for products and service. Happy new year and may 2025 be very prosperous 😊

Very fast shipping and this is the only good thing I can say. The quality is very poor, cheap looking necklace, nicely presented only in the photos. An overpriced low quality product.

Fantastic customer service and lovely looking jewellery

I am so disappointed with the ring I bought as a gift. It was a gold claddagh ring and the gold came off it within 36hrs without getting the ring wet or anything. Do not buy from this brand, the quality is terrible. Items I've bought for €3 from Shein have been way better quality and haven't lost the gold colour. I have emailed them but am yet to get a response.

Appalling quality. I ordered the gold claddagh ring for my daughter. When we received it, it looked like something out of a Christmas cracker ! Lovely design but extremely poor quality. I’ve attempted to send the ring back but was returned back to myself ? So now out of pocket !

They are scammer!! Do not ever shop from them! I contacted them to shop because their website was down. They took my order over e-mail and I sent the money on Revolut. But guess what happened? They sent me wrong order. I paid for shipping and sent the order back. They say they already proceed my refund but I am not receiving any money. 

Gold faded in matter of days. Very disappointing

Incredibly disappointing. Bought the ‘gold’ Celtic Claddagh ring for my girlfriend. Was incredibly embarrassed that after a week or so of wearing it (Probably wore it out 3 times max), it started to show signs of silver. Fast forward a two months and it has worsened, turning to that metallic multi-coloured looking material. Very bad quality and a massive shame because the design itself is rather nice. Unfortunately, it now looks like an old iron bolt that’s been polished with petrol.

The gold plating quickly wore off and the emerald fell out of the ring.

Just brilliant ! Ordered the Grá necklace and arrived in perfect condition within two days. Absolutely delighted with the quality and the speed of the whole process. The bag the necklace arrived in was a nice touch! The necklace looks exactly like the photo advertised.
