I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before spending money on this platform.

Over time, I spent a significant amount on FanCentro, mainly on custom content (such as custom videos) and paid sexting interactions. These were always paid upfront, and the content was delivered afterwards via private chat messages.

After their platform migration in 2025, all chat history and paid content was removed. As a result, I lost access to a large amount of paid and already delivered content.

What makes this worse:
• It was only delivered via chat, which they decided not to migrate
• The content and chats still exists on their legacy platform, but paying users don’t have have access to it while creators do
• Support acknowledges the issue but refuses to provide any solution, timeline, or accountability

They keep saying “we are investigating missing purchases,” but completely ignore the real issue:
👉 the content itself is gone, even though it was paid for and delivered

After weeks of contacting support:
• No clear answers
• No escalation possible
• No responsibility taken

At this point, it feels like paying customers are simply being ignored after losing access to expensive custom content.

If you are considering spending money here, especially on custom content:
⚠️ be aware that you may lose access to it entirely, with no resolution.

Very disappointing experience

They steal your earnings in multiple ways. There is no respect for creators and their work. I started working for JasVibe.com
and I've been making a lot more money there easier than I used to, just because the rates are higher and they don't hoodwink the models. They have a lot of paying clients that are quite easy to deal with (not aggressive and not extremely demanding). Fancentro has lost touch with reality. For some reason they totally disrespect people who work for them - they take their work and loyalty for granted.

They don’t pay their models even when all requirements are met!
Fancentro (run by Pornhub now, which is awful) has not paid me the hundreds of dollars I made! Support doesn’t answer emails because it’s basically Pornhub support which is terrible and can’t even really call it support.
Pornhub took over Fancentro last July! And it’s still terrible!
They have not paid me a dime since I signed up back in July!

Stay away from these crooks!

They did an update of their website months ago and today I still am unable to:
- see detailed info about my fans & followers
- have a transparent statement of my earnings and especially where chargebacks come from
- can’t acces more than half of the functions

This website is an absolute joke to creators!

Hasn't replied to my messages about closing account. Not subscribed to any creator so no point being open.

After the big update I can't login, can't verify my age because I get sent back to the main page, which asks to login or signup. I can't do either! Nothing works. I am a creator and have money waiting on my account. There is no support either, chat and voice calls are unavailable! Avoid this company if you are a content creator.

Hello, Fancentro made me very angry. They lied to me, sold me faulty products, refuse any responsibility and ignored me. Not even a simple apology for embazzling the money they charged me. Not a very ethical thing for a company especially not for one which goes by the name of " Ethical Capital Partners ". Just pay your debt and take your loss, if you can buy pornhub you can also pay me back the money you owe me !

Anyone who wants to join in a class-action lawsuit, send your contact information.
No I dont have any experience in this, but I do have plenty of time and the law on my side. Also I just simply refuse being scammed by some shady rich people who call themself "Ethical Capital Partners".

The subscription amount only matched the agreed upon amount for the first 2 months. Then it went up to 5 times the original amount. Billing continues after cancellation and it is borderline impossible to delete an account. The worst part to me is that calcellation of subscriptions is not possible. If you press the cancel button, you get a pop-up with cancel request received, but then nothing happens, apart from the billing continuing every month. Really poorly working platform!

Took my subscription money from me
Fancentro which is now owned and run by pornhub are crooks. They refunded a sub the entire money after they had access to all my content. Then Pornhub said it was a technical error and once they figured it out, the money would be returned. It’s been over 3 months and the money is still not returned to me, and I’ve sent many emails about it. They steal from their creators and can’t be trusted!

All good things have most likely ended. It is unusable until now. The administration does not agree with the content of the site. And the statement of the original owner of Fancentro: Unfortunately, we no longer manage the FanCentro platform and do not have any details regarding its operations or timelines.

Vreselijk platform. Ik ben zelf een creator en sinds de update is alle content kwijt geraakt of verwijderd. Fans geven mij de schuld hiervan terwijl het fancentro zelf is die dit heeft veroorzaakt. Zij zeggen ook tegen fans dat het mijn schuld is dat ik mijn content niet over heb gezet. Wat totaal niet klopt. De site werkt voor geen meter. Ik ben nu al maanden bezig om mijn account te verwijderen. Echt een waardeloos platform die liegt tegen hun betalende klanten en creators aan het lijntje houd. Bah!

Was alright untill they launched a "new platform" without any reason. Content is still unavailable after 4 months, live chat says there is no time line and content obtained by tipping is lost since all previous conversations will not return. Bs

Every change you make, even profile pics on your account has to be approved before it shows, which takes days. You can't even add your own banner to your profile, despite the option being there. I uploaded a branded SFW one, and it was removed for violating their terms. Content just disappears randomly from the vault, there's basically zero creator support, and subs chat for free when there's supposed to be a charge. I've also noticed that many of the accounts on the main feed are either dead or inactive. In terms of a legit OFM style platform, Fancentro is basically vaporware. Avoid.

The most insidious thing to all this, is that PH knows about this, but they give ZERO fxcks. None. The are literally ripping off and scamming creators, withholding earnings, etc. I mean, this site should not be allowed to operate legally under its current condition.

There's way better fan platforms around. Room 11, Fanvue, Fanspicy, etc., all provide a much more premium experience for content creators.

Okay, some of your issues are fixed but why your page is working with allpasstrust when that service is a joke? How we are supposed to get clients if a simple silly thing as age verification is a nightmare? Regards

I’ve been locked out of my FanCentro account since the last site update. My profile doesn’t show up on the new site, I can’t log in — I’ve tried everything: VPN, different browsers, devices, etc.

I contacted support several times. One agent escalated my case to the developers and promised a fix — that was weeks ago, and I still have no access to my account, no updates, no answers. I’m losing income and subscribers every day because of this.

To make things worse, FanCentro hasn’t posted on Twitter since May 2025, and their communication has become extremely poor. It feels like they abandoned their creators.

FanCentro used to be a reliable platform — now it’s broken and unresponsive. I do not recommend using it until they fix this mess.

They are holding money of creators without paying them. I think they’ve become a scam.
