I have had so far a fabulous experience with Fancii....I ordered 2 mirrors, one for me and the other as a gift. They arrived, and mine was not quite right. My customer service team has been amazing. Incredibly responsive and very kind. I am very happy with my experience and looking forward to giving the other mirror as a Christmas gift!

The Fancii Support Team has been a true pleasure while assisting me in correcting my delivery address. Some companies will just say “oh well, reorder.” Nope, Fancii fixed the issue promptly even after my daughters gift was delivered to my incorrect address. True Customer Service at its finest. Support Fancii and Small Businesses!!
Great Customer Service
My initial delivery arrived with a damaged item and customer service was amazing! I received emailed replies usually within 1-2 hours and had a new replacement at my door within 5 days. The item is great quality but the customer service is stellar!

This company is so great to work with. When a mirror I had ordered went into backorder they let me know and let me know what other choices were if I wanted to still get the mirrors by Christmas. They helped me get things out very quickly. They were super communicative and quick to answer my email. What a fantastic experience!!!!!
Never received. Cancelled order.
I would love to review the product, but I actually never got it. After signing up for texts and emails and being bombarded with notifications not to miss the “sale” I ordered “in stock” items thinking I’ll have them in time for holiday gifting. I placed a pretty large order - almost $500. No contact from Fancii after that! No updates. Nothing! So I reached out to them a week later asking about my order that was supposed to be shipped (3-5 business days according to their website) and after DAYS of me messaging and emailing, they finally answered me apologizing that most of my order is out of stock - I ordered 13 mirrors!!!! What??? They were never gonna let me know that they never actually intended to ship my order, I had to reach out to them after complete silence for over a week. My advice: do not order now.. They advertise what they don’t have in stock to lure you in. And give no reasonable timeframe for actual delivery of product. Maybe they will eventually learn from this and do better - perhaps they should have inventory to back up orders that come in from targeted ads - but I am completely disappointed in this company.

When I placed my order my I didn't realize my billing and shipping addresses were reversed, so I would not have gotten my order. Luckily Faye contacted me since my shipping showed my po Box instead of a physical address and let me know. She was so nice and updated my correct address so I would have no issues receiving my order. Thanks again, I really appreciate that!
Missing merchandise - GREAT customer service
I had missing merchandise. It was clearly lost at a distribution center for several weeks, per tracking. I contacted customer service, and I received a quick, VERY helpful response. I have been a customer with Fancii for a while and have purchased MANY items. They NEVER fail!
The customer service is phenomenal
The customer service is phenomenal! My order was undeliverable due to an address error, which was not the fault of the company. They offered to send the products again or refund my order so I could repurchase at the new sale price. They also honored the previous free gifts with purchase that were no longer being offered. They respond by email extremely fast as well.

I ordered 4 mirrors during the Black Friday sale for Christmas. One had bubbles in the coating that got scratched so there were tiny holes on the top. I emailed customer service and in less than 30 min total, it was confirmed that I'll have a new mirror being shipped to me. That is fantastic customer service at any time, but it's especially appreciated before the holidays!

Like your products, but the service who delivered it can’t count. Put the product in the wrong address. And in someone else’s mailbox. Not good.

Great customer service. And great products. I have given fancii products as gifts, always including myself - compact mirrors. Vanity mirrors. Now facial steamers. The gifts are well received and popular. The products are high quality - well made. Beautiful. Functional. Most recently I needed an out of stock item for housewarming gift and customer service really came through and got it to me in time. Wonderful company to work with.
Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a 10x travel mirror for an upcoming trip. It was delayed so I emailed Fancii and Angelica responded quickly that they would try to get it to me in time and offered to cancel if it did not arrive in time. It arrived before my trip and it is fantastic, so happy to have it. Angelica also followed up to make sure it arrived. What an exceptional company, product and customer service!

Fixing my order
I placed an order with Fancii & I was offered a free item & I couldn’t get it to go through. So I contacted customer service & they said it was an old add but they sent me a message that they would honor that add & give me the free item I was offered. I was so happy how nice customer service was with me, & I placed another order. I absolutely love all their products & stand by them 100% I have a different mirror for every occasion I attend.

Beautiful product, EXCEPTIONAL service
First, I love my Vera and Lara mirror set! It is solid, functional, and beautiful--a wonderful purchase. Yes, there are cheaper options, but there is no substitute for quality. Second, their service is fantastic! I took my mirror apart to fly internationally. TSA inspected my bag and took the metal base (just why?). I contacted Fancii and heard right back--they are replacing the whole unit for free! THAT is how you stand behind a product! Worth 10 stars!
Great product and even better customer service.
I purchased a ionic facial steamer on Amazon from this brand. I loved it but the on/off button didn’t work very well. I emailed them and discuss with them and they sent me a replacement free of charge. They were very helpful, really nice and answered quickly. The whole ordeal was sorted out within a few days and the replacement immediately sent. I was hesitant to purchase such an expensive steamer but the product itself is worth the money and the customer service makes it all the more worth it. I highly recommend!
