The tickets were very easy to purchase and they were a better price than all the other ticket sites. I received them in plenty of time and had absolutely no issues. I have purchased tickets from Fanimal several times.

So refreshing that when they say NO ADDED FEES they mean it! I want to just buy from them, I have so many credits from referring people too. I hope fanimal puts ticketmaster out of business!

I was introduced to Fanimal by a friend. I was looking for tickets to the Morgan Wallan concert in Denver and had looked at Ticket Master and Stubhub. They had comparable ticket priced at $350 each but after fees the Stubhub and Ticket Master tickets were nearly $500. The Fanimal ticket had no additional fees. I actually could not believe it so I bought the insurance... there was no need. The tickets was delivered promptly and I had a great time in the best seat in the house. I will always start with Fanimal going forward.

Had some issues getting into the stadium but after talking with customer service they took GREAT care of me! My mistake not responding right away when I ran into my issue but you guys still vowed to make it right and I love that!

Initially I was upset because the tickets I ordered were not available after purchase. After talking with the customer service team they did everything in their power to get me to the game I wanted to go to and came through. Not only that, they also credited my account with some dough as well as the other members in my party. I would definitely recommend this app for purchasing tickets, especially when they have the upfront pricing, but also for their great customer service.
