The ticket was originally delivered pretty quickly but it didn't open up and gave me an error message (second time this has happened) when I emailed fanimal it was an hour later that they responded and only fixed it right before the game.

As nicely put by the company, in the ticketing industry (which is full of bad guys), they are the good guys. Bought a ticket to Round 1 Game 1 of 2023/24 NHL playoffs through Fanimal (my first NHL game ever), even was able to use a $20 promocode that they offered for playoffs games. Ticket was transfered to my Ticketmaster account the next day and I had absolutely no problem getting into the arena. Definitely recommended!

Fanimal is legit! There's no way we could afford tickets to this comedy show in addition to all of the fees tacked on by other websites. This is the second time we've used Fanimals (first purchase was for a Diamondbacks game) and there were zero issues.

no service fees, price was ok. I think the price made up for the service fees only because I found same seat tickets for a bit cheaper on another site.

After spending much time on sites trying to find the best deals Fanimal came through. I saw a difference that matter to me. I’ve bought a few tickets in the past and this one was quick easy and straightforward with pricing seating and receiving tickets in email quickly. I’ve had other experiences not as good as this.
