De hondenmand is prima, maar de eerder bestelde mand was te klein. Het product is retour gestuurd, het ontvangst is bevestigd maar de betaling laat op zich wachten. Telefonisch niet bereikbaar, chat niet aanwezig en 0,0 reactie op de e-mail of het contactformulier.

Beste, het product is kwalitatief goed! Het lukt mij alleen niet om in contact te komen met de retourafdeling, ik krijg een delivery failure op het e-mailadres zoals vermeld op de site. Graag ruil ik voor een maat groter. Wat is het betreffende e-mailadres? Groet, Marjolein

We hadden een klacht omtrent de hoes (2 maand oud) van onze hondenmand. Dit hebben we gemeld, maar de leverancier gaf aan dat de wettelijke garantie was vervallen ivm 10 graden (40 in plaats van 30) te heet wassen van de hoes. Echter was de klacht niet ‘krimp’, maar gaten en losse draden. Van losse draden was al sprake voordat deze hoes de wasmachine inging. Daarover had ik ze ook geïnformeerd.
Nadat ik nog een paar keer contact heb gezocht, heeft de klantenservice besloten om tóch een nieuwe hoes op te sturen. Deze nieuwe hoes is van dusdanige betere kwaliteit. We hadden eerder al een succes ervaring met een van hun manden. Ik ga ervan uit dat onze hond ook hier wel weer 2 jaar mee vooruit kan.

Globalement les produits sont de très bonne qualité mais le prix reste élevé

Prachtige krabpaal, makkelijk in elkaar te zetten.

Bonjour un panier acheté il y a 1 an dommage il sait déchiré à l’intérieur et le tissu bouloche déjà, il a était laver une fois à froid vraiment dessus pour un papier qui ce veux de luxe. Je ne recommande pas.

Edit: After posting my review I was finally reached out to after 2 weeks of trying to get a refund. The process has still taken much longer and was much more difficult and time consuming as it should've been, but they have in the end given me a full refund.

Can’t say anything about the quality of the product, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I purchased a cat tree and upon receiving it, decided that it was too big for my space.

I went online to look for the return policy and both emailed and filled out the contact form given. It’s been 10 days and I have yet to receive the next step in returning the product. (keep in mind they give you only a 30 day return window). Of course there is also no phone number for you to reach out to either, so I’m now stuck with my purchase at their mercy.

Ridiculous.

Ik heb de voorbije jaren verschillende hondenkussens gekocht bij Fantail, altijd naar grote tevredenheid. Erg mooi van ontwerp, makkelijk schoon te maken en de honden liggen er zalig op. Ook een uitstekende service, onlangs was er bij een nieuw kussen een rits stuk gegaan, en dat werd zonder problemen vervangen.

I bought a wall tree for my cat, I have nothing to complain about the quality of the product. But this one didn't suit me. I therefore returned the product by following the procedure as indicated in the general conditions. Fantail received my return on December 29th. But to date I still have not received the refund of my order. The customer service leaves much to be desired, I do not recommend this brand.

Très bel arbre à chat - une pièce était déformée mais a été renvoyée aussitôt !

Un tapis de qualité, bien emballé et surtout pas abîmé a la réception.
En parfait état, se fond complètement avec la déco et j'ai un boubou qui l'adore.
Il peut enfin s'étendre entièrement, il ne le quitte plus

The cat tree components are incredibly well made and solid. They were easy to put together and sturdy once assembled. Shipping was fast.

Hele snelle levering en een prachtig kussen. Onze hond ligt er heel graag op.

I can really recommend the Fantail products! I know they're a little bit more expensive than other brands but absolutely worth the money! Every time I see the cat tree in my living room I am so happy that it's a pretty piece of furniture and not just a standard cat tree that falls apart after 1 year.
And the most important thing: my cats absolutely love it.

Recently, I also had a very nice encounter with the customer service which makes the total customer experience 10/10.
