Working with an engaged community of fans, addicts and pioneers Mark Sutherns created the site as a place for fantasy football fans to come together to discuss tactics, make picks and commiserate over 59th minute substitutions. We have relentlessly innovated with professional editorial and video content, innovative tools and resources and social and community channels. FFS Website Review
The website is very rich with FPL stats and data. I just have a very small concern on the websites’ pages/screens loading where it usually takes a long time to get loaded. Other than that, the website is pretty good. Thanks for all your efforts in putting this together for us.

Robust and useful, but lacking in user-friendliness and customer support.
Fantastic platform for football statistics and insights to optimise your FPL strategies and tactics. The member's area is extensive and well-equipped, however it does – in my opinion – need significant upgrades to modern UI and UX standards; it can be surprisingly difficult and occasionally quite frustrating to source specifics and create efficient workflows. As FPL continues to grow, I would anticipate that Fantasy Football Scout will likely get left behind in favour of more innovative and user-friendly platforms – which may already be happening.
Additionally, if users ever have technical issues, it is highly likely that these will remain unresolved as it seems as though there is no dedicated customer support team – emails remain unanswered.
Overall, very robust and useful platform, but reasonably outdated and not well supported. Depending on the user's preferences and desired level of statistical insight, there may be other better-suited platforms out there.

EPL fan living in America
As an EPL fan living in America, the Scout is an invaluable tool for to participate in FPL. Through the Scout site, I can get player/team information that I would have to do so much extra work to find on my own. The phone App version does not work well on my Samsung A12, difficult to scroll and enlarge text. Difficult to navigate.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience last season didn’t meet expectations. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when results don’t go your way.
In terms of pricing, we pride ourselves on being one of the most affordable FPL help platforms out there, with flexible payment options designed to suit different budgets. That said, we completely respect that value is subjective and depends on what each manager is looking for.
Regarding the range of views, that is very much intentional. Our aim is not to tell managers exactly who to pick every week, but rather to provide a variety of perspectives and data points so you can build a well rounded view and make your own informed decisions. We know that approach is not for everyone, but many of our users find it helps them develop their own strategy rather than relying on a single voice. That said, if you are looking for a more singular, data driven view, our Rate My Team projected points has been the most accurate tool in the FPL community this season and can be a great place to start.
We really appreciate you giving us a try and keeping us in your mix, and we will continue working to improve the experience for everyone.

When I click into an article on the app…
When I click into an article on the app and try to access the options under the hamburger symbol (3 lines top L/H corner), 99% of the time it will not work. For example to try and login.
This is really frustrating!

But if you want to delve deep into the statistics, bounce ideas off other players, read articles on chip strategy and obscure player comparisons and get recommendations for fantasy competitions beyond the Premier League, that's there too. Great value for money.
