Raven called me up to inform me that my booking had went into the pending status. He told me to acknowledge the price difference so I could get the confirmed seats in the main cabin. It took couple of hours to get the system running and I got my tickets the next day. Good and effective service.

Ross got the prices down by 30%. I am so happy he responded to me at odd hours after his shift was over.

I made my booking with Raven. He was quick to act on his feet because the departure date was close, he was able to pull the rabbit out of hat. I got the confirmed seat. It was a bit dramatic but yea he came through just time.

I wanted to book my confirm seats for trip to Los Angeles. It was a group tour with my friends so we decided to get the tickets early. After booking with farebabrer, the tickets went in pending status. I had to call the sales team, to resolve this issue. Ross got in touch and made sure that all complications were removed and the minor fare difference to get the booking confirmed was paid. We completed the pending process within 1 hour and got our tickets the next day. Great service and genuine service by the company.

After purchasing my ticket through Farebarber, I received an email confirmation stating that the transaction was still pending. The company never followed up with me, although a few of my friends did receive a follow-up call. I didn't have the same flight as my friends, so assumed maybe it didn't affect me. Two weeks later, I called Farebarber, just in case, and ended up having to pay double the amount that I originally bought the ticket for. The representative I spoke to, Jenny Smith, did an amazing job explaining the situation to me and I appreciated all her help - really top-notch customer service from her. However, I felt like the company should have reached out to me first after the ticket was purchased. I will not be a returning customer of Farebarber.

FareBarber is a hidden gem. I was yet again amazed by their prices and professional customer care support. Mr. Jeffrey Archer was superb! He was very quick to respond to my emails and was easily reachable by phone. This is my second time booking with them and I am looking forward to do so in the future.
