Fake delivery tracking is terrible and customer service is horrible don't buy from this company ever

Hatte ein Kleid bestellt. Kam ewig nicht an, ist eine unfassbar schlechte billige Qualität und entspricht nicht dem Werbebild und ist außerdem viel zu klein.
Eine Rücksendung war nur mit erheblichen Versandkosten nach China auf eigene Kosten möglich. Mir wurde angeboten mir einen gewissen Teilbetrag zurück zu erstatten (entsprach ca. 30 Euro von dem Originalpreis von 150 Euro) oder einen 100% Gutschein für den Shop. Ich habe den Gutschein genommen und muss jetzt schauen welche Sachen ich zufällig mal in schlechter Qualität bestellen möchte.

Absoulute Katastrophe! Bloß nicht bestellen. Betrug!
Ich habe dort drei paar Schuhe bestellt (Warenwert 178€), diese sollten innerhalb von 14 Tagen ankommen. Sie kamen erst nach fast 2 Monaten an! In der Zeit hatte ich ein paar mal versucht die Schuhe zu stornieren, aber der Kundenservice hat es ignoriert! Dann sollte ich die Schuhe auf Eigenkosten zurückschicken (nach China)! Nochmal fast 50€ nur für den Versand weg. Die Schuhe wurden vor Ort nie abgeholt und wurden wieder an mich zurückgesandt. Dies hat dann nochmal 10€ gekostet. Der Kundenservice lässt sich auf nichts ein und verlangt eine erneute Rücksendung auf Eigenkosten nach China. Nachdem ich mitgeteilt habe, das ich dies mit Sicherheit nicht nochmal tun werde, wurde ich bei jeglichen emails ignoriert und bleibe auf dem gesamten Geld sitzen.

I ordered two matching sets that both had five-star reviews. They were the same size and style, yet fit completely differently. The fabric felt cheap, thin, and nothing like what was advertised.

When I contacted customer service, I was told I could return the items only if I paid to ship them back to China with tracking. The return cost would have been nearly half of what I originally paid. Instead, they offered a 60% store credit, which I reluctantly accepted, assuming surely not everything they sell could be this bad.

That assumption was wrong.

The second order was even worse. The fabric quality was noticeably cheaper, and one sleeve arrived with a hole in it. When I requested a full refund for defective merchandise, they refused. (Because I used the credit, they only refunded the $6.23 I had to pay extra.)

I am now stuck with $110 worth of unusable, poor-quality clothing and no real resolution. Between misleading reviews, inconsistent sizing, low-grade materials, and a return policy designed to discourage refunds, this company is not worth the risk. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Ich habe bei FioraHaus ein Kleid bestellt. Auf der Homepage sah es bezaubernd aus. Sehr spät angekommen, war ich dann ziemlich geschockt! Das Kleid hatte überhaupt keine Ähnlichkeit mit dem, was ich bestellt habe! Billig verarbeitet, absolut gar keine Qualität. Auf die Homepage kann ich plötzlich nicht mehr zugreifen. Nachdem ich versucht habe, über Email Kontakt aufzunehmen, bot man mir an, 10-20% zurück zu erstatten. Ansonsten muss ich die Rücksendung selber zahlen! Totaler Beschiss, nie wieder!!!!

KATASTROPHE, BETRÜGER NICHT BESTELLEN!!!!

Ich habe 200€ verloren. Wegen MÜLL Ware. Kundenservice absolut grottig und Paypal macht auch nichts.

Es kamen bei mir zwei Kleider an die in einer katastrophalen Verfassung waren. Billigste Ware aus China. Deren Sitz ist angeblich in Amsterdam, zurückschicken musste ich das Paket nach China und dazu noch 50€ Versand zahlen!!!

Ich habe bis heute mein Geld NICHT zurückbekommen. Vom Kundenservice hört man absolut nichts.

Das sind Betrüger! Von der schlimmsten Sorte.

Nur Finger weg! Sendung kommt aus China und dauert eine Ewigkeit! Rücksendung nach Hong Kong auf eigene Kosten, dann hängt das Paket eine Ewigkeit bei der Zoll und kommt nicht weiter!
Kundenservice mit KI die immer dasselbe wiederholt.

Null Sterne kann man leider nicht vergeben! Die “ Herren Camel Stilvolle fliegende Lederjacke“ ist unter aller Kanone! Die Qualität lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig und ist mit der online Darstellung nicht im entferntesten zu vergleichen. Finger weg von diesem Online Shop! Reklamationen verlaufen im Sand oder man bekommt Rückantworten, die sich nicht auf die Reklamation beziehen.

That company is completely fake! they are not existing in Amsterdam. if you want to send back an item you have to pay the costs for the package to send it to CHINA. and after arrived there in the customs process they dont feel responsible and say you have to pay customs fees and discuss that with the deliverer. you will never get your money back. absoultely fake!

DONT BUY FROM THEM. They are thieves not returining refunds with the constant byline that it is in process. This is a Sole Trader business running out of Australia.

Schlabberig, unzureichende Qualität, viel zu groß, Lieferzeit circa 2-3 Wochen, da über Dritt Zulieferer irgendwo aus China kommend. Lesson in Amsterdam und Rücksende.Adresse in China nicht existent. Käuferschutz über PayPal abgelehnt, Paket liegt irgendwo in China im Zoll, wahrscheinlich, weil die chinesische Adresse gar nicht existiert. Ein totaler Griff ins Klo inklusive kompletten Verlust an Materialien und finanziell. Zusätzlich Geld für zweimal Versand in Klammern Amsterdam und China auf den Kopf geklopft…
Bloß die Finger weg!!!

Schuhe für die Hochzeit meiner Tochter bestellt. Zugesagtes Lieferdatum um 5 Tage überschritten. Retoure hätte 45 € gekostet. Einfach unmöglich. Kann von einer Bestellung nur abraten.
Kommt offensichtlich aus China .
Angegebene Adresse in den Niederlanden, Retoure muß nach China.
Bestellt bitte nichts bei diesen Betrügern !

Do not buy from this company. False advertising 100% scam. I ordered four pieces of clothing and they are garbage. Nothing like advertised. And you cannot return the items. Do not buy from them.

The quality of the fabric was terrible. I sent a request to send it back and get a refund and they offered me 15% of or they would send me a shipping label but the label would cost $48 because it was international shipping.

Delivery took forever, and the customer service is terrible.
I asked for help adding a discount code I forgot at checkout. They requested screenshots of the codes, but after I sent them, they simply said it wasn’t possible.
Why ask for proof if you never intended to help?

A complete waste of time, energy, and money.

Die Zopfmuster-Weste erinnert mich an etwas, das meine Oma gehabt hätte; und das im besten Sinne. Ich ziehe sie über ein schlichtes Hemd und sehe sofort aus, als hätte ich mir Mühe gegeben. Sie ist warm genug, ohne klobig zu wirken, perfekt zum Kombinieren.
