After 1.5 months of following up with David we never received our passport. Our trip was ruined. After we paid him, we could hardly ever get a hold of him🤨 terrible communication and experience.

There is a chance he’ll follow through on his promise, but there’s also a good chance he won’t.
So if you choose this company be ready to be disappointed.

We sent in our paper work 1.5 months before our trip, David said he would get us a passport in 2 weeks. We followed up with him every week, the times we were able to get ahold of him. He reassured us that it would be in our hands before our trip. At the last hour, 3 days prior to our trip he calls with bad news, something unexpected happened, it was out of his control he said but no clear explanation was given. No apologies were offered.
When we received our paperwork back in the mail, we realized our documents were never even submitted! He had been lying to us the whole time.

David is the best! If you need passport services and everything else they offer, I highly recommend this company. They saved me and I'm sure they can do the same for you.

First off let me assure you that this kind of service is legitimate as was explained to me at the Buffalo, NY Passport Agency, so "yes" fastpassport is a confirmed 3rd party courier service to assist you in a last minute passport renewal or first time issuance. Long story short the wife booked a cruise several months in advance my official passport had long since been expired, and I've never applied for a regular tourist passport and of course I procrastinated on doing it until just shy of 14 days prior to departure. In an act of desperation I begin to see several different offerings from 3rd party couriers such as Fastpassport that could get results within days at a cost. Fastpassport was by far the cheapest Legalpassport (stay away from $$$$). In a crunch I paid fastpassport worked with David Donovan who provided all the details even sent me a list of Passport agents (local USPS), but the issue I ran into was that they were all by appointment only and none of which could accommodate me in time for my trip. I ended up booking an appointment with the passport agency in Buffalo, NY and getting my passport that day. Since services were not rendered by fastpassport I figured what's the harm in asking for a "refund". I reached out to David who promptly replied that he'd look into it, and it has been crickets ever since.

Bottom line up front this company is legit however they can't put a guarantee on the turn-around, and the moment you pay their fees you have exactly 24hrs to cancel after that no refund regardless which in my case is a travesty since I never ended up using them but they lined their pockets.

My only advice to the person reading this review save your money, have a passport agent verify your paperwork, and make an appointment with a passport agency yourself. If your travel is within 14 days you'll get your passport same day.

My recommendation for fastpassport is simple I get the service you provide however I think your company would be even more beneficial if you had Passport Agents on staff as opposed to clients having to search for an appointment with the local county clerk or Post Office.

The service I received from David at Fast Passport Center was just OUTSTANDING. Four days before flying to Egypt I learned that I needed a 6-month expiration on my passport. My passport expired within a 5-month 25-day timeframe. Most countries accept a 3-month timeframe. I contacted Fast Passport Center and I was able to pick up my passport at the US Passport Agency at 8:30 AM on my departure date in order to catch my flight to Egypt at 11:00. The service was prompt, professional, and caring. Any time I called David he answered the call immediately and kept me posted.

Quick reply to any questions I had. I got the passport for my daughter in 8 days. Definitely worth my money!

Delivered as promised on the date requested, process was pretty smooth and good instructions were sent.

I received my passport within 2 weeks of filling out all the information. Way faster than expected. David helped me out and when I had a question, he answered promptly. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thanks again!

We discovered a couple weeks before our trip, that my passport was missing. We were desperate and reached out to Fast Passport Center. Not really believing that we would be able to get my passport in time. But David made the whole process so much less stressful and of course we got my passport in time. We certainly hope we are never in this kind of situation again, but if we ever are, we now know who to call!

We were in a bind and realized my wife's passport expired and less than 2 weeks to our trip - doomed!! Then I found fast passport center and spoke with a person named Dave who gave me some hope and told me EXACTLY what to do, which I followed exactly, and I just got the passport today - literally one week from when they received my expired one... I couldn't be more happy! They made the process easy. Highly recommended!!

Was on a very tight timeline for getting a renewal passport for a business trip internationally. After looking at review, gave Fast Passport Center a call and happy I did! Overall experience was great and I got my passport in time for my trip so they did what was needed of them!
*Please note, this company is extremely busy so if you don't get an immediate response from them it is because of how busy they are and they will respond when they can and get answers to your questions as needed.

Fast Passport Center was truly a "port" in the storm! :-) I had not realized my son's passport had expired and he was leaving on an important trip. It is not easy to get an expedited passport and my worry was relieved when I found this service. Fast Passport Center, at the very beginning of this process, provided direct phone numbers and an email contact so that I could call and email and get answers to my many questions. They were totally responsive and responsible and I am deeply grateful that they were able to solve this very anxiety producing issue of my creation.

My wife won a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico from her company and it was 6 weeks away and I realized my passport had been expired for over 2 years. I considered just going to the post office and expediting it, but between US Mail delays and Covid, I was afraid I wouldn't have it in time. I searched the internet and looked at reviews of several companies. When I found Fast Passport Center, the reviews were much better than the competitors. I had a few choices for time frames and decided to spend a bit more to get it in 2 weeks. Within minutes of payment online, David sent me a few emails with info needed and step-by-step instructions. He then called me an hour later to confirm I received the email and ask if I had questions. Yesterday, I received my new passport 13 days after sending in my payment to them. They beat the 2-week promise. I highly recommend David and Fast Passport Center!!!

Getting a passport right now is daunting. I had a family emergency and so as a new citizen I needed to make sure that my process was smooth, easy and without hiccups.
David shepherded the process and made sure all of my paperwork was in order, he answered questions, concerns quickly and professionally so I could get this done with out worry.

A very good service with no hassle. They provided a handy Fedex mailer to send our documents and returned our renewed US passport within 2 weeks. All went very well and the final amount we paid was much better than those of all the competitors I checked.
