Very kind and helpful support
I had a great experience with the FasTreat support team. The process was stressful for me because I needed an amended document for a graduate program application with a tight deadline, but the team was very kind, understanding, and responsive throughout. My provider also did a great job and was very kind and accommodating with my requested changes. I really appreciate everyone’s help in getting the corrected document completed in time. Great work!

This company is absolutely awful
This company is absolutely awful. The service is rubbish as well as the doctors who don't care about you and just take your money.
My partner got convinced by friends to go this shit company, i regret letting her do this.
The doctors gave her a non-stimulant ADHD drug which made her sick even though she explained that she has POTS (Postural Tachycardia Syndrome).
Afterwards, the only refunded the next appointment and then the next drug shipment was somehow lost in Royal Mail further delaying treatment.
DO NOT GO THIS COMPANY, THEIR DIRECTORS ARE ALL BASED IN CHINA. YOU CANNOT COMPLAIN AND GET ANYTHING DONE.

An appalling experience from start to finish. I was given incorrect information by a healthcare professional, relied on that information, spent money and went to considerable lengths as a direct result. When I raised this, Fastreat’s response was utterly inadequate and showed a shocking lack of accountability.
For a healthcare provider, this level of carelessness and the subsequent handling of the complaint is completely unacceptable.
I am now reporting this matter to the Care Quality Commission (CQC), General Medical Council (GMC) and Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and, where relevant, the professional regulator of the clinician involved.
Think very carefully before trusting this company with your healthcare. My experience has been absolutely disgraceful.

I initially left FasTreat a gleaming…
I initially left FasTreat a gleaming review - this was before I actually had the chance to experience their service - because I was wowed with the onboarding process. I have never taken the time to leave a bad review on TrustPilot, so please take my warning.
I recommended FasTreat to ADHD support groups, to friends and on my social media, which is a massive regret for me.
Since then, I have paid a continual fee of £99 to access their services, £89 for consultations and then medication costs. The main problem is that although all of these costs come up to just over £300 a month for me, everything is a push. I have skipped medication on many days because of their lack of urgency with refill requests, all during the titration phase.
A close family friend who's a doctor was shocked at how many days I've gone without medication. Titration’s goal is to get you to a stable dose, but repeated delays kept breaking that. Those gaps weren't just inconvenient, they were mentally exhausting. I couldn't function. I'd stay in bed and cry.
Then I was sent the wrong medication, at a lower dose than my clinician agreed, with no refund. When I raised it, I was told that because it's a controlled substance, I had to keep it and pay again for the correct dose. Two payments for one prescription.
The toll on my body has been real. My mood has crashed, and I've developed what feels like PMDD. Periods that never used to bother me now leave me bedbound and sleepless.
This is a genuinely honest review from someone who desperately wanted FasTreat to work. I wanted to love it. I'm not made of money, but my ADHD is severe enough that spending on something that actually helps me function has never felt like a waste.
In the end, I was sold a dream at the start, the same as so many others. Everything since has just worn me down.

The best telehealth service in Canada
FasTreat is the best telehealth service that I know. They make health care easy to get for more people in Canada, and I am thankful for this. Their service is excellent, and it shows that they are a leader in telehealth in Canada. Many people do not trust telehealth, but this idea must change. I have used telehealth with FasTreat, and I have also used in-person care with family doctors. Today, I prefer FasTreat and I trust it more.

Finding the right people at last
A long story short!! Ive been waiting nearly two years, for an ADHD Assessment. My doctor put me in touch with a health provider through right to.choose. they lost my forms not once. But twice! Now with mental health problems and especially ADHD, this has a catastrophic impact. Then another provider was offered and they cancelled my meeting 5mins before, with a text!!
I couldn't face going through this again. So I decided to go private but they too had a waiting time of months! I was so crestfallen.
I then came across FasTreat. They said they can diagnose and if needed medicated within 7 to 10 days.
I was sceptical, did they have professional people carrying out the assessments etc. And how come they could guarantee results within 10 days.?
Well i done my research, and they have some of the best Clinicians, Psychiatrists etc.
Ive since had my assessment, ive been diagnosed, I'm now on medication! I feel absolutely amazing!! For once in my life I feel calm focused. I actually feel like my life doesn't have to be a struggle from all the noise in my head which I have suffered with since 7yrs old!!
This company (how I wished I had known about many years ago). Has transformed me.
I know im in titration at the moment, and these are early days. However ive emailed on a Saturday evening feeling low as not sure my meds were working! The support I received from these guys was wonderful. Telling me to just stay with the meds and if I needed to increase the dose, this wasn't a problem.
However I woke up on Sunday and my god!! It was like all the noise in my head took a back seat, I wanted to do things, I wanted to go out. I wanted to talk to people. Etc etc. I could go on and on.
I thank FasTreat for cutting through all the delays, the forms etc. I had a first class Clinician talk and listen to me for nearly two hours, she was absolutely brilliant!! She understood exactly my struggles, my suffering and genuinely cared.
Also I had a long chat with my appointed physiatrist, who told me what my treatment plan was. My meds arrived within two days!
I can't thank nor praise this company enough! Every communication I have sent is responded to immediately.
I recommend 💯 percent FasTreat.

Overall, I'm super happy with the service, the speed and efficiency of FasTreat. A much more affordable and convenient way to get diagnosed with ADHD.
The only reason for the 4 stars was that I had some clarity issues, make sure you read all information to be aware of the breakdown of all the costs. A good idea, terribly executed
The Doctors are great, but the administration fell apart. After taking my deposit I was locked out of the portal and only got a response when I started to query if it was a scam.
I finally got an appointment by email, but got no details, no information on how it would work or what I needed to do. 10 minutes before the appointment I got an email 'reminding me' to fill out the onboarding questionnaire, and there was no way to do that in 10 minutes. I could now access the portal via the questionnaire link but it wouldn't let me join my appointment until I had done the whole questionnaire.
Missed appointment and missed half a day of work between the paperwork, chasing customer services and second appointment. I made a complaint and asked for an explanation, which they ignored.
The administration nightmare continued when I was signed up for a £100 a month subscription service without my knowledge or agreement as soon as I booked my medication consultation.
They are now refusing to refund my medication consultation fee as I did see the Doctor, despite me pointing out I would never have booked that if they had told me about the £100 monthly charge. Supposedly its clearly laid out, on the portal, which I couldn't access until I'd already missed one appointment.
This process was supposed to help me, but instead it has created huge amounts of stress, distracted me from other important things, and cost me £300 for nothing.

So although my first interaction with a practitioner wasn't the greatest, John from customer service was able to empathize and provide me with another practitioner catered to my needs to work with.
