Shop and website were fab
Had called into the Chester shop for a jacket but they didn't have my size. Nevertheless, the staff there were fab, and picked up a little something for the grandson while I was in. Ordered the jacket from the website and it arrived promptly and as ordered. Happy all round.

Returned a jacket to Chester store - excellent customer service. Even got my postage returned.
Would definitely buy from Fatface again knowing it is so easy to return goods.

Returned items twice into Chester…
Returned items twice into Chester branch and twice I was deducted money instead of a refund, suggest you consider retraining your till staff. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for the refund plus the additional deduction, priceless!

Great choice of clothes
Great choice of clothes. Very easy to order, came very quickly, quality and fit excellent. Had to return some items in store as I’d ordered a size too small. Superb service and so easy.
