Garments are well tailored and the detailing is good. Sizing is fairly accurate but it is pot luck for me whether the choice of medium or a large garment is correct. That said with a bit of searching the right fit can usually be found. Excellent customer service and always an easy environment in which to browse.

Always had very good customer service at Fat Face. Their team members at the Clitheroe and Skipton are lovely, always helpful and pleasant.

Very easy to purchase and the goods were exactly as ordered. Delivery was very fast. One of the items didn't suit me, so I returned it to a shop where the process was simple and I have been informed of the reimbursement to account.

I took some combat pants back to the Clitheroe branch in Lancashire and the lady who helped me find a nearby store with my size in stock, couldn't of been more helpful.
