Excellent service
The assistant in cltheroe was the best service , I have had for a long while
she checked on the system for the size I wanted on a white beach skirt and found one in Harrogate, she phoned the store to make sure and asked them to save it and I will pick up tomorrow
I was really impressed, she is a credit to your shop

Click and collect went smoothly and communication was good to advise of its arrival into store. I also had occasion to contact customer services regarding a previous purchase and they were very helpful and resolved my issue and provided a refund. I was very grateful and impressed with the customer service provided by Evie .

I visited fat face and didn’t expect a sale and came away with several tops at a great price. These always fit well, look great and never loose their shape when washing.
