Buchanan Street, Glasgow store ordered for me. Staff do not hesitate to assist and are extremely helpful. Shirt I bought is exactly the right fit for me giving a flattering flow, quality great and an easy wash. Must say I would not have bought it from the picture on-line had to be seen in person, so glad the store was still open.

Firstly the trousers were a great fit
Firstly the trousers were a great fit! (Petite size 14 )I’m 165cms tall Style suits my shape. I’ve been having great difficulty finding trousers that fit. These trousers good quality
at a great price and no need to turn up the hem of the legs. Straight forward ordering online for collection instore. Was able to try them on in the Glasgow store so saving me taking home only if they didn’t fit to return.

Excellent customer service
Visited the store, on the 22nd of February, to buy a pair of jeans that i love from FatFace. Unfortunately they didn't have my size in stock but the lovely, helpful girl Natalie sourced one for me and got them delivered to my local Next store to collect the next day.
All the staff were lovely and i would definitely visit this store again.

I ordered my coat on the website easily as it was straightforward to navigate. collected my coat in store. It was delivered to the store earlier than predicted which was great. There were lots of convenient options of places to collect from, not just the FatFace store. I love my coat! It's excellent quality and really cosy. I bought it in burgundy in store and I bought the same coat in black online during the sale. Very happy with my purchase.
