Efficiency of ordering and returns . Delivery could be more secure by using Royal Mail . I’ve consistently had parcels opened by the courier. Great quality stylish clothes. Staff at Buchanan st Glasgow store sincerely helpful and welcoming .

After 7 days of waiting for it to be delivered to the shop, I have now been informed that Royal Mail has mislaid it. Hence I have
now cancelled the order.
It's not FF's fault and have needed to buy them elsewhere.
PS Royal Mail are dire!

Pirchase was perfect for the purpose required.
Ordered my item online and chose to pickup at named store nearest my location. Found the staff to be very attentive and welcoming. Lovely store and stock well set out with no pressure from staff when browsing. Good experience overall

Great experience
Great to go into an actual Fatface shop - first time since the branch at The Fort closed. It was lovely to browse and try on instead of ordering online and often having to reorder in a different size. I bought 2 tops which I wouldnt have bought without seeing them. Please don't close this last Glasgow store.

Great staff
The item I wanted to buy was unfortunately not available in my local store, so I had to buy it online. I really appreciate that the staff let me try my Click and Collect item on in-store, and they helped me return it, order a better-fitting size, and work out a problem with the new delivery address. If the whole thing had been online-only, I probably would have felt quite frustrated with these very normal challenges with sizing and delivery, but the in-store staff were so lovely and supportive, and this completely changed how it felt. I'm really glad to have this store near me and would be very happy shopping here again.
