women cargo pants…
Ordered on line as women cargo pants were not in shop on my size and length. Click and collect at Lincoln. Fab helpful and polite staff. Tried item on in shop in case anything wrong and I could immediately return and receive a refund or make another order in shop. Quality of pants excellent and size and length good too! Thank you.

Helpful staff and enjoyable in store experience
Staff are always friendly and helpful.
I phoned to check if had top in store, there was and staff put to one side for me.
I prefer to see products in store and tend to spot something you'd overlook online

Lincoln shop is fab
Lovely, friendly service by Hatty in the Lincoln branch. The staff are always really nice and helpful every time we visit the store.

Faulty Item
I wanted to return a faulty bag that I have had for a while. Amanda in the Lincoln branch could not have been more helpful, giving me a partial refund when they could have just sent me on my way.

Fabulous service
