Amazing customer service from the team
Had amazing customer service from Charlie and Pam at Monmouth FatFace. I had stupidly lost my giftcard and they went above and beyond - making calls and finding all solutions to help me successfully redeem it. They did all this with such friendliness and professionalism - I will definitely be back to shop there.

Parcel Lost
My parcel was delivered to the wrong store, then it did not arrive at the correct one.
I had to cancel the order in the end.
I used this service because the delivery cost is so high, but it’s no good if it doesn’t work!

My go-to shop from now on for the best customer service!
I went into the Monmouth shop Monday afternoon to look for an outfit for a funeral, having just lost a lot of weight due to health issues and having no clothes that fit me anymore, and Faith and Alex went above and beyond to help me! They were so lovely greeting me, offering help, and going above and beyond to find exact clothes that suit me based on what I said I would like. They offered jewellery and footwear to go with it - something I hadn’t even thought about - and Faith gave honest sizing and comfort reviews, saying she owns a lot of the current shop herself! It was a really pleasant experience, the store looked beautiful and I will 100% be shopping here before anywhere else in the future if these two souls are there to help me in the future. An easy shopping experience
Website was very easy to use. The collection process was easy. Very helpful staff . If there was a problem with the items, I was explained that the items could be returned to the store.

This is the first time I’ve ordered…
This is the first time I’ve ordered anything from fat face online, it was great. Very pleased, picked it up from the store which, I love. The staff are very helpful especially if there any issues with Returns.
I love the Monmouth storeit’s excellent.
